2026-02-26 21:29:18I was waiting for the customer in front to finish she took am extended time, but I was patient; then a 3rd person walks in and the employee prepared the order for the 3rd person without asking if it was ok for her to skip me or briefly explain what she was doing. I informed the employee that communication is key, that what she did was wrong, rude and disrespectful, and all she had to do was communicate with me. She never apologized.
