Won my business for life. Their complimentary delivery and pickup was very handy! Dry cleaning a jumpsuit and one of my scarves only cost me around $38 and they even gave me a door hook for my clothes! I love businesses who pay a lot of attention to detail. I love these guys. Service is prompt and always with a smile. I've lived in many cities and I dry clean on average once a week. Wendy and the staff at Busy Bee are the best cleaners I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with anywhere. They remember your name and they always have your clothes ready when they say they will. I live in Weyburn but I do business in Regina often enough that this is the only cleaner I deal with now. I wish the dry cleaners in Weyburn understood how to satisfy their customers like Busy Bee does.DG

The service is always friendly and efficient. They have always done a good job with the dry cleaning. They are well organized so drop offs and pick ups go quickly. They have a 10 minute zone right outside the door so it is handy for quick stops.

Sloppy ironing.  I took a linen table cloth to be ironed for formal meal.  The outside looked great , the inside was wrinkled and hardly pressed.  I phoned to voice my concern.  No call back. No manager apology in a week.  Please train staff how to press antique Irish linen.  I will not be back.

Not recommended. We had a year old (used 1 winter season) canada goose jacket cleaned, when we got it  we found a significant rip on right cuff. When we inquired they said it was a normal wear and tear even all other part of jacket was in mint condition. We were advised that we should contact the manufacturing company. We sent our jacket in good condition and received it back with damage but it is not busybee cleaners fault as their explaination is that they dont have equipment that damage items. I have no knowledge on what equipment they use in cleaning but all I know is we sent an item to be cleaned but came out damaged. If we were informed prior to have our jacket being  cleaned that any damage sustained during cleaning will not be their responsibility as they do not carry equipment that damage items, we would have seeked a different cleaning company.
