Also, when I picked them up, I could not get an answers of what was done nor could I get a legible receipt. She had to call for help. You may need to educate your front staff. I would not recommend your services to Lutz at all.

2026-07-14 15:22:53OK, you cut off my scrub top. It was brand new so I had to order a new one and I can bring it by and show you. It was supposed to be taken up a little bit on the sides because it was too wide, but you completely cut it off into a short top. It doesn’t even make sense. I was really upset. Cause I still have not been able to wear it I don’t know what happened, but it was not what I asked you for. I can’t imagine anybody doing that. I was very disappointed.
