Laundrymen (Residential/Business)

All my grandson’s socks were returned shrunken. One pair off white pants had blue dye on them. Not sure how items were washed or dryer that cause shrinkage but it needs to be looked into. I now have to repurchase socks bc all are way too small

I have been a Laundrymen customer for years.  They provide pick up and drop off laundry and dry cleaning services.  I've used both sides, and have always been very happy.

Doing laundry at Duke is a pain. Laundry rooms are never close, the machines are usually taken; it's a hassle. Laundrymen is the convenient alternative. Always prompt, I get my clothes cleaned and folded.I've been a customer for the last three years and service has been consistent. My only complaint is that recently I got someone else's article of clothing, but the staff was quick in picking it up and returning it to its rightful owner.

Great company!  Started using them last year, and I have been impressed. Here a few examples of why: 1. The owner is hands on. When I first started using the service, the owner would answer the phone or call me back, even late at night. It was apparent that he cares tremendously about the business and customers. I love to see the owner involved, it speaks to the quality of business. 2. They are extremely responsive. I've received replies to emails and phone calls well into the night, over the weekend, etc., and they have always been proactive in working with me to meet my needs. 3. I've had buttons and other little fixes done on shirts without even asking. The only things I can say, and they aren't even critiques, are this: They reattached a button on a suit once, and it then fit too tightly. Also, I would love to see same day service in limited circumstances. I'm really impressed, and the challenge the business faces is to maintain quality as they grow.

Wonderful business - always prompt and courteous. I have never had issues with them in the past 2 years that I have had the laundry service. Most importantly, their customer service is wonderful - every time that I had forgotten to leave out my laundry bag, they were more than willing to swing by and pick it up later.

Used them a few months ago and they were great. This time not so much. Although she was to come at 9:30 am - The maid didn't even show up. When I called around 9:45 I was assured she was running late and would be there shortly. At 11:45 I get a call saying she wouldn't be able to make it after all. The maids are not full time employees and are dealt with remotely. Which isn't a problem when things are going well- but for someone who really needed a cleaning today it's extremely disappointing. Don't recommend this business if you absolutely have to get something done.

An excellent pick up dry-cleaning service in Durham.We've sent two comforters to them 3 times. They are nice and polite on phone, they come when they tell you, they give you realistic and accurate drop-off times, and they get the job done.We haven't used their other services but it's a safe bet that you will be happy with them.

I Have to say I had a king size elegant comforter set that I purchased at a Estate Sale and needed to have it dry cleaned. I had never dry cleaned a comforter before and had no idea where to take it and who would do a great job on something so delicate. I saw Laundrymen and the reviews were good so I took a chance. They were very prompt at returning my calls and emails. They not only picked up my comforter but they delivered it to my home. The results were very pleasing to me. They had everything wrapped individually and it was done promptly. I will definitely be using them for future cleaning and would recommend them to others.
