This is the most glorious dry cleaners I have ever been to!! It is crazy!! I love how open it is with high ceiling a and everything is so white and clean and there is no strong overwhelming chemical smell! I was even more impressed with the service!! Attention to detail and the most genuinely friendly people!! Manager , Alejandro Gallegos is so kind and generous! Honestly, had my dress been returned to me with new stains and spots (which wasn't the case, it's perfect) I still would have left there planning to return ! The whole experience was just that pleasant!! Thank you guys!! As long as your doors are open u will have my business

By far the best dry cleaners I have ever used. The combination of quality price and exemplary customer service is unmatched by any other dry clean service in the area. On top of all of that I had left a $20 bill in my suit jacket and when I received the suit back the $20 was in a plastic bag attached to the hanger. I couldn't believe that. I would have not know any different if that money didn't make it back to me and I really appreciate the care they took.

This is the best dry cleaners in the area. My clothes are always returned feeling clean, nicely pressed and free of the usual chemical smell. The hours are good for those who need early morning opening and late evening closing. They do have a system for leaving and picking up clothes after hours. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the service that you receive.

I have never been treated so rudely as a customer, ever! Absolute terrible customer service!!! On a stormy day I arrived to the cleaners about 1 minute before closing. While it was still open, I was reprimanded for arriving so late, then told I couldn't pick up my garments because their internet was down. When I went back to pick up the suit, I asked for a refund for the rush charge I paid since I wasn't able to pick it up early. While begrudgingly processing my refund she reminded me that I got there at closing time to pick it up anyway. Seriously??? They were still open! What does that have to do with anything anyway?! Why try to blame something on me that's not my fault?! Why bring that up?! When someone else walked over to the register she started talking to him about me and the situation in Spanish. Obviously she doesn't realize that I can understand what she's saying! Absolute terrible experience and service. I will never be back!

Recommend this place. Great prices, 24-hr pick up and drop off. Friendly staff. Will go again!

From October 2017 to March 2018 I traveled to Clermont, FL two weeks out of the month. I utilized OXXO cleaners during each visit. Staff is extremely friendly, location is very clean and price is very reasonable. Turnaround time is pretty fast and if you pre-pay they have an automated system that allows you to retrieve your items after hours. Its a cleaners version of an ATM. You enter your information, the computer retrieves your items and off you go! Highly recommend this location!

Called today to ask if they did shoe repair. The gentleman who answered said yes and was very friendly and detailed, saying it takes 2 days for repair. Depending on the heel would depend on the price of the repair, etc. Go to drop off shoes 4 hours later and the woman tells me they do not do shoe repair and couldn't tell me who answered the phone. Get your information correct before you give it out. Waste of time!

I've take my button down shirts to be laundered and pressed here for over a year. I have never been disappointed. They haven't lost or damaged anything, they are done when they are supposed to and I am in and out in a minute when I drop off or pick up. They do a very good job on pressing and starching. I wish it were cheaper but they charge about what everyone does in the Orlando area.

UPDATE (Jan. 2019) I have been here multiple times where the carousel isn't working. Right now, I have waited about 5 minutes for my item and the screen says retrieving item and is frozen. One time when I called the number provided, I got a voicemail. I love the fact they are 24/7, but the technology needs to be worked out. -------- I love this place! They are very friendly and always set expectations as to turnaround and timing. Usually, it's about 2 days, which works well for me. Also, I love their pickup/drop-off system. For me, it's super convenient because I often times cannot make it to a dry cleaners during normal work hours. They have this cool, conveyer belt contraption that finds your clothes and delivers it to you (so you don't even have to enter the store!!!) Their cleaning supplies are environmentally friendly, which is also a plus. I'd recommend this place to anyone in the Clermont/winter garden area who is looking for a new dry cleaning service.

I have used this company for about a year... This morning they called and said they were missing two items of clothing, I found one item of clothing and then they insisted that they come look in my closet. To come to my house for one item of clothing and come into my bedroom and into my master closet. It was if they didn't believe me. The item of clothing was probably worth $50... They have now lost my business which I give him around $100-$125 a week worth of cleaning business. I just called them and told them I was canceling my business with them and I would not be back. That I found they're coming to my house and looking in my closet invasive and not good business practices. It was their goof up and eventually I would've found the clothes. But they couldn't wait You need to know if you use this company that they are invasive and that they will insist on checking your closet if they make a mistake. Not good! If there was a zero star I would give it to them. It's not OK for them to come look in a customers closet to get one item of clothing that would have been found and returned in time.

This is no doubt the best dry cleaning service I have ever used. Impeccable cleaning and excellent friendly service plus a great automated dry cleaning service at all hours.

Love the dropbox and ATM for pickup after hours. Great service. A bit more expensive than others, but the service and convenience are worth it.

They have lost or damaged several articles of clothing. The manager on staff offered nothing to help and just asked me if I have anything to pick up for next weeks delivery. I would advice you to find another dry cleaners

I reopened an account with the store in Clermont, after closing my account a few years ago because they dyed a $400 white pantsuit, a blueish-purple color. A staff member came to the desk and mentioned a substance that she said was what caused the dye. So, they cleaned it two more times, but couldn't get it white again, so a manager insisted that I brought the suit in dyed and said he wanted to review their surveillance cameras to see what color the suit was when I brought it in! I was appalled! Of course, they didn't have an answer after I followed up twice, so I gave up and closed my account Well, I thought that after a few years, they would have more experience, so I tried again a week ago. When I dropped off my clothes, the girl who took my clothes said that I needed to pay for the service immediately. I clarified if she was asking me to pay before my clothes before were dry cleaned and she said that was their policy, so I paid. While waiting to pick up my clothes today 8/5/21, there was a customer in front of me and the girl at the counter (a different girl), asked the customer if she wanted to pay for her items now, or when she picked them up. I was shocked, so of course when it was my turn to be helped I asked if their policy was to pay at drop off and she said, 'No. Most people pay when they pick up.' I told her that was my experience for the 35 years I've been having my clothes dry cleaned. I asked if she knew why the girl would tell me that I had to pay at drop off and she simply shrugged her shoulders and said no.

Absolutely terrible customer service!! Destroyed a light yellow dress, I had to jump through hoops to get a replacement for my daughter, they gave a refund after I showed them the difference in colors. They as much as called us liars, then they kept the dress they destroyed! This isn't how to conduct business. They certainly haven't heard the last from me. Rude and disrespectful. Never again

Since they changed from OXXO they keep losing my clothes and giving me clothes that are not mine. Very unorganized. I was there today and a young man was desperately looking for his suit for prom tonight. I felt badly for him.
