I'm not disappointed but horrified at how you work! put the socks together in different ways, all the t-shirts folded badly and wrongly, it didn't come out clean either, smell good??? never heard of it? things are also missing, a 2m x 2m fitted sheet. and probably more Rockstar towels! i'm really angry D. Nowak

My down comforter was returned very winkled and the down lofting is clumped and knotted in certain areas! Also I was told it wouldn't be ready until Monday 12/12 but it actually arrived on Friday 12/9/22 (I called late in the day on Friday).

I wrote a note saying HOW I needed my husband's shirts done WITHOUT ANY STARCH & in fact 2 of the shirts (Tommy Bahama silks) have so much starch that they can stand up without being hung up on the hangers!!!

I'm missing a pillow case!!!

Some clothes shrink and a white shirt turned bluish. For black clothes it was great, but for white clothes it was not cool.

Unfortunately this was my very 1st service and it was supposed to be brought back on Thursday and it wasn’t. So I had to call 2 x’s to finally get it delivered the next day. Which made it not the best 1st impression.

I sent in a dress and blouse for dry cleaning and a pair of pants that needed the hem in one leg repaired. I only received the dress and blouse when the order was dropped back off.

I absolutely love the customer service but my clothes continue to come back with stains (some I don't even recall being there when I sent the clothes in). Even though I have requested no creases on pants, I have to write a note and stick in bag every time because they often come back with creases and have to be redone. I am going to give it another couple of weeks as I really like the man who runs the shop. He tries very hard....

an extremely elegant hotel. the service was disappointing, especially the valet parking.
