D and M Cleaners

They lost a shirt and was told to come back Monday. The same person who told us to come back denied knowing anything about it. Another employee came in and new exactly where it was. This was my first time in this shop. It didn’t start very good. I dropped it off last Monday and was promised Friday. I finally received everything by the following Tuesday. (Today) sorry for the rant, but you asked.

There is a strong chemical smell in one of my blazers…its been several weeks and the smell won’t go away. I was charged $1 extra for stains on brand new blazers, there were no stains. One of my blazers was very wrinkled on one of its sleeves…Won’t be going back, reason I decided to provide my feedback

Only gave me two of my three suits when I picked up earlier today. Needed that suit for an event and have no time to go back.

I took my clothes a week ago, and when I got a text from you all that it was all ready today, half of the clothes were missing! Even though you charged me for the whole thing! I think you all should get it together! This is not very good for business!

Say Hello and be polite. My wife went this last time because her preference of cleaners was closed. I my self will NEVER go back. Clothes came out great, but the 2 white ladies up front, just rude.

Expensive cleaning

I brought a ski jacket in because the bottom part of a ski jacket was missing. They knew I needed it back in time for the flight. I was given a date of return tomorrow. I called yesterday to confirm repair. No one called me back until I finally got a text. No repair. I called to be sure it would be back today. It was and I had to pay for no repair. But really I was told they would not touch it unless it was cleaned. Nothing fixed but an 18$ charge to clean! The jacket just needed the reverse zipper for the bottom!

I left 14 times. Asked for the pants and solid color shirts to be ready today and the rest could wait for Monday. They did not have the solid colored shirts ready and instead had all of the other shirts ready. Now my husband does not have the solid color shirts he needs.

One of my blouses is ruined. It is 95% rayon and I’ve taken it plenty of times before and it was returned fine. I just got home and was going to put it away and it’s as stiff as a board and shrunken.

I was told my clothes would piggyback be ready by Thursday if not for sure on Friday. I went by on Friday 4:30 pm and clothes is still not ready. I switched cleaners thinking this would be a better option, I guess I was wrong.

I wish they would have offered to place my dry clean items to hang in the backseat instead of handing them to me in the front seat, where I had to hold them and wrinkle then
