There is no way My duvet was cleaned. While the stain was removed it had at drop off. There are new stains on it in another area...brown drops and a faded type reddish one. There are still dog hairs on it and it doesn't smell clean at all. I'll never use this cleaner again and tell everyone I know to avoid them also. Pretty pissed I paid $30 for nothing.

We've used this cleaners for the past three years. While we've had some "bumps" in the road with service, we figure that will happen anywhere. However, we took a comforter to be cleaned. We were told it would be ready in a week. Went back and it wasn't ready. No problem, we would check back again in a few days. We actually went back a week later all to find out it had NEVER been sent out for cleaning. The owner sent one of her teenagers to explain it. My husband asked to speak to the owner. We have never encountered such rude inexcusable behavior. Much less from an owner. She came across like this comforter was the only business we had brought her. We were in there EVERY week with business. Never again!

Used for the first time for dry cleaning several pieces of clothes and a comforter cleaning. Very happy with this cleaners. I know comforters can take up to 2 weeks at some places, but received it back in a day (most likely not the norm), but they are almost 1/2 the price on the comforter than what I had paid in the past at other places. When I called, they were able to answer price questions unlike many other places didn't even know if they could clean a comforter. They will be getting all my dry cleaning and Comforter cleaning business.

My family used them for years with a couple of problems with cleaning my wife's lab coats they would still be dirty so she started cleaning collar and sleeves before taking them I get all clothes dry cleaned NOT laundered no starch no creases I had a pair of black jeans was washed and other pair they put heat starch, another pair creases and a shirt that was missing buttons. When I talk to Patsy she said it seem like I just wanted money because I complained. I told her I don't need $5 and I'm paying $100 She was irritate and very unprofessional with her tone and words. When I went back to get clothes 2 days later my White shorts still had dirt around pocket. The young man told me he could barely see it which means you can see it. He tried to call Patsy (manager) with no answer .when I ask him to write me something so when I come back it wouldn't be a problem he had a attitude. The other lady had nothing to say at that time. I told them I would like a refund for shorts and I would take my business elsewhere. The young man told me I was a disrespectful customer. So I said he should shut his mouth and stay in his place he is not a owner or manager and the customer service stinks in the store seeing how I'm spending my money for a service not back talk from a kid. The lady was gonna call the police on me because I complained about MY clothes and the service not because I did anything wrong. I will not be back ever terrible customer service
