2026-04-15 19:16:09Laundry picked up in Hannibal Tuesday 4/14. Not delivered back to Hannibal till noon Weds 4/15 yet window is from 10am to 11am. Was told laundry not started till the morning of Weds 4/15 due to too many orders night before. Seems to me that out of Quincy orders should be done first as to be ready for delivery to Hannibal next day on time. I was charged 52$ and it was late. Or why not pickup from Hannibal on Tuesday but deliver ON TIME Thursday instead of Weds giving you a full 48 hours to process if volume that heavy?. At least I can plan for that. I would like a discount otherwise this will be last order as I must have clear on time deliveries for me to plan accordingly. Thanks
