Awful customer service. Zero communication. I was then told I would receive $10 off and did not get the discount. Paid and walked away.. would never go back.

The prices for the service were higher than other businesses around

The lady with the pierced nose was rude and condescending. I brought my clothes in before the increase but got charged the increase price … to be treated as poorly as I was treated by that woman and charged $40 plus is unconscionable. You all can do better 781.258.9754

I dropped off my laundry yesterday morning and was told it would be ready by 1pm the same day. I never received a text yesterday so I waited until lunchtime today only to arrive and it still wasn't ready. The young lady told me to give her 20mins and I could pick it up which turned into 40mins. I have been there a couple of times and was really impressed even to sending a friend there but this one short of changed my mind.

The employee was great. She’s very friendly and works hard. And the stitch job was pretty good. I rate it a subpar experience because; - the cost ($8) was a few dollars more than I’ve paid for much larger repairs (this repair couldn’t have taken more than a few minutes), - something went wrong the first time it was sent in; I got a text saying it was ready for pickup, but when it was handed to me it wasn’t worked on at all and had no note stating a reason it wasn’t repaired - the length of time to do a very simple repair … it took a week for it to come back un-repaired, and another week for it to come back after it was re-sent

Clothes came back with all the stains.

Rug wasn’t really that clean and smells funny. My bed throw is discolored and my bathroom mats have creases. Very disappointing. When I cleaned them at home I didn’t have those issues.

I had my comforter cleaned when I went to pick it up a lot of white spots they fold it they put it in a plastic bag it should’ve been completely dry before they called me to say it’s ready now I had to go home and find a big area to spread it out so it will dry I hope there’s no mildew

Kinder service when card is valid but system says it isn’t!! Called card right after and was told was all good it had to be the system.

I left very specific instructions on not to dry my work pants, I told the lady the fabric was very sensitive just hang dry. I’ll nine pairs Have shrink and possibly destroyed all my pants. I will never see you guys again ever. $51 wasted

First time customer and I brought a pair of white jeans to be cleaned. They were heavily soiled and sadly they could not remove all the stain. I still paid the $ 10.40. I was told that this may be the case so it’s no fault of the staff I’m just disappointed it didn’t work

Pam the clerk who took in my shirt order didn't mark a stain on a dress shirt. I want it fixed!

I went in on Thursday to have some laundry done for a friend. Asked about doing dog stuff (bed and toys) in a separate wash. “No Problem” was the courteous reply. Two separate slips and weighed separately, “We’re pretty backed up, so not getting done until Sunday.” (Oh well, what can I do). There were bags and bags of laundry piled everywhere waiting to be washed. Came back in on Saturday with 6.7 more pounds to add on. “Can’t add on. We’re closed for Easter so we already washed them. Separate weight and ticket… 6.7 pounds and a charge of 19.95. I questioned it and asked why so much $ if posted rate was around $2/lb. That’s when I heard about the 10 pound minimum! I overpaid so much money! Original bag of laundry was 16.9 pounds and I paid double (Sudshare.com) because I thought same day service, or next day. The reply to my request to wash dog stuff separate should have included “it weighs less that 10 lbs, so I’ll have to charge you the minimum”. I could have taken a few towels from the big bag and put them in to bring it up to the minimum, and saved money. When I brought the extra bag in on Saturday, to add to the laundry to be washed on Sunday, based on what the staff person said, the minimum should have been waived as a courtesy. In all, I overpaid about $15 because of minimums, and paid twice the rate for same day service that didn’t happen, except for the 6.9 pounds dropped off today. That was done today in time for me to pick everything up together. I paid about $75 for 29 pounds of laundry, that I could have paid less than $30 elsewhere. Not happy about all that. Clothes are clean.

The process: folding, washing was greatly appreciated ,everything neatly bagged but I did not think about the temperature of the water used to sanitize clothing for the public! I do not usually use public facilities but our washer is resting, waiting for repair technicians who, seem to be in short supply, to do their magic. My lack of knowledge led to the shrinkage of cotton garment no longer able to be worn. I should not have assumed you would know what to do w them.😂

Stop using hot water/ overly hot temperatures: causing tops to shrink two sizes! I lost five tops: three pair of pants!

It would be helpful to have 2 sections: 1 designated for customers doing their own laundry & a section for people who send their laundry in to be done. There weren’t enough washers or dryers. It took over 2 1/2 hours to do 4 loads of laundry. We had to wait for washers to free up, then dryers. The machine were being used for people who send their laundry out to be done. Plus the laundromat was dirty. Piles of Lost & Found items stuffed next to a machine. Folding tables needed to be wiped down. We were glad we had Clorox wipes with us. The place needs a complete overhaul.😟👎

My wool coat shrank during the dry cleaning. I can't even wear it now. Waste of $39.

I have had my clothes done there 3 times now. My only complaint is that I take time to give them specific notes and they are not followed. I live on the 3rd floor and have specifically asked twice now to not put my clothes on hangers and to repack them in the bag I bring. To please not was my bag either. 2 of the 3 times, including today I have had to get my laundry bag out of the plastic toed bags and then pack all my clothes into the bag and also take multiple shirts off of hangers and fold them like I asked and put them in the bag. The girl that was there, that I gave the directions to said you are going to kill us. She just handed me all 3 bags and didn’t even offer to pack it when I was there. Not to mention she watched me do it myself. Why bother asking me if I have any requests if you can’t even read them and follow directions???
