I’ve been using this dry cleaner for a while now, and they consistently exceed my expectations. My clothes always come back spotless, perfectly pressed, and smelling fresh without any harsh chemical odor. Turnaround time is quick, and the staff is friendly, professional, and always remembers my name. They’ve even managed to remove a couple of stains I thought were impossible. Prices are fair, and the quality is top-notch. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality dry cleaning!

Andre's professionalism, flexibility (including using my own detergent for sensitive skin), and attention to detail truly set them apart. Their pickup and delivery (in Vancouver, mind you) was prompt and reliable, and the laundry comes back hotel-perfect--fresh, clean, and immaculately folded. FAST, EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY DOOR-TO-DOOR SERVICE! I love this place! I was in a bind with over 100lbs of laundry and no idea how to even start. Sasha was great on the phone, got my details, answered all my questions, and came to get everything at a time that was convenient for me. She was lovely, professional, and I felt taken care of right from the start. My mounds and mounds of laundry - which I thought would take weeks! - came back in a few days, beautifully done, professionally folded and packed up, and again, delivered right to my door at a time that was good for me. They do everything - laundry, bedding, and (though I didn't have any at the time) dry cleaning as well. I look forward to using Westwood again and you should too!!!! No job is too big or too small. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

This place was an absolute waste of our time. We reached out via phone on Dec 11th for assistance with repairing and dry cleaning a jacket that needed more help than what we could do at home. The wife of the owner said they would call us back to let us know if they could take this project on or not, but never called call us back. Went by on Dec 12th, after looking at the jacket they said they could have this back in a week. A week later on the 19th, they said they'd have it done by Monday the 22nd. Called back on Dec 22nd, they apologized and said it still wasnt ready. We called again Dec 29th and the Owner answered this time. He told us his wife was supposed to call and tell us they won't repair this jacket and will refund us the money we paid them. He said his wife was "picking and choosing what she wanted to work on" so our jacket had been sitting there SINCE DECEMBER 12th because she didn't want to work on it. Why would she take it on but keep pushing it off?? We picked it up that evening and the wife acted very nonchalant and literally said to us "I'm sorry but it is what it is". Who says that to their customers??? Our complaint and issue is not with the price, the refund while necessary, does not make it better. It is the waste of time and the lack of care they showed. This place will never receive our business again and we would not recommend them.
