I picked up another piece today and while waiting I explained I received in my last pick up 2 weeks ago a silk dress with marks as it was hung warm and got marked on the back I have to iron myself afterwards and the young lady on the cashier didn’t even ask or made a comment . She reacts like she sincerely didn’t care . Because was not the first time this happens o decided That was my last time using them

The worse! 5 pieces of clothes for $100 in dry cleaning?! They are out of their minds. One price dry cleaners is remodeling and thought to try a different one in the meantime. This is triple of what I pay normally for the same clothes. Will NEVER go back.

The team at WSC are the best! Sally, Jamie & Corinne always get my clothes perfectly done just like I like them and at the right price. I've been through many cleaners here in SoFlo and thankfully found West Side!

I brought my clothes in and was quoted $50.93 for a polo shirt, long sleeve shirt, blazer and 3 dresses. When I picked everything up I was told the charge was $83.56 and that someone made a mistake when they input the order and gave me my pickup slip. When I explained that I would have never left the clothes to begin with if I knew how expensive they were, the girl behind the counter could have cared less and said, "yes, we are expensive". I will never be back. BE CAREFUL!! Update from my first review. Ownership reached out and was apologetic for the misunderstanding which is commendable. We agreed to give them another chance and the wife was happy with the quality.

Professional,courteous. Jamie is the best. When you move from NY to Florida they tell you the hardest thing to find is a good doctor. I disagree. A good dry cleaners is harder. But I've found a great one in Westside Always friendly and knowledgeable. This is the place to go too for dry cleaning needs Thanks
