The best! My clothes have never looked better. And Sonia is great for alterations!!

The worse! 5 pieces of clothes for $100 in dry cleaning?! They are out of their minds. One price dry cleaners is remodeling and thought to try a different one in the meantime. This is triple of what I pay normally for the same clothes. Will NEVER go back.

The team at WSC are the best! Sally, Jamie & Corinne always get my clothes perfectly done just like I like them and at the right price. I've been through many cleaners here in SoFlo and thankfully found West Side!

I brought my clothes in and was quoted $50.93 for a polo shirt, long sleeve shirt, blazer and 3 dresses. When I picked everything up I was told the charge was $83.56 and that someone made a mistake when they input the order and gave me my pickup slip. When I explained that I would have never left the clothes to begin with if I knew how expensive they were, the girl behind the counter could have cared less and said, "yes, we are expensive". I will never be back. BE CAREFUL!! Update from my first review. Ownership reached out and was apologetic for the misunderstanding which is commendable. We agreed to give them another chance and the wife was happy with the quality.

Professional,courteous. Jamie is the best. When you move from NY to Florida they tell you the hardest thing to find is a good doctor. I disagree. A good dry cleaners is harder. But I've found a great one in Westside Always friendly and knowledgeable. This is the place to go too for dry cleaning needs Thanks

I went to maybe 7 different dry cleaners before I finally found Westside! The ladies here are amazing! Jamie is the best:) I love that they work with you in case of emergency! I needed a shirt next day because I totally forgot to drop it off...and they accommodated me with no problem and no extra charge!! I haven't forgotten since:) Love this place and it's close to home! Westside Cleaners always does a great job on my clothes. The prices are fair, the service is prompt, and the employees are courteous. My only wish was that they had a drive-thru, but their location prohibits that. I've had a number of different kinds of clothes taken care of here and the results are always the same, excellent.

I recently tried Westside Cleaners because they're more convenient than my normal cleaners. One time was enough for me. Was greeted by a miserable woman, who obviously hates life. I told her I was a new customer and she rolled her eyes because she had to enter my name into the system. Then she told me it would $21 for six shirts! That's absurd considering I only pay $14 at my normal cleaner. Against my better judgment I still left them with my six shirts. Returning for pick up, once again the same miserable woman was working the front door. She was having a vulgar conversation with the woman in the back and seemed upset that I walked in to pick up my clothes. And upon inspection of my shirts I noticed that half of them still had wrinkles in them and Iron creases all over them. I still paid because I knew I would never be returning. NEVER GO TO WESTSIDE CLEANERS! Terrible service, terrible quality and terrible prices.

Ive recently moved back to Jupiter and searched high and low for an excellent dry cleaner and after many disappointing experiences landed with Westside Cleaners. First experience the Owner was engaging and professional. Corrine and Jamie make picking up and dropping off a pleasure. The work was done promptly and all dry cleaning and clothing crisp and clean ! Might look into their pick up and delivery service!

I wrote a review previously that was not flattering. Upon arrival they had valid excuse for what happened. I went back and updated their review. Well, I dropped off clothes on Thursday and was told they would be ready on Monday. I said that would be fine as I have a fight Tuesday morning. I came back on Monday around 4:30 PM to find the clothes are not ready and was told they were suppose to be ready on Tuesday. Three ladies working by themselves and not capable from the appearance. I stood at the counter for 30 minutes while they advanced the conveyor one item at a time. They finally said the dry cleaning was ready but not the laundered shirts. I gave you a second d chance and got burned. No shirts for business trip - heading to mall to her shirts.

I have been going to Westside for many years and they do a great job. Recently I took in a very nice silk blouse that I spilled coffee on and I could not get it out. The owner took a look and spent a little time cleaning the spot and it was gone! He knew exactly what needed to be done. I was so impressed - I was afraid my blouse was ruined but it wasn't. Kudos to the owners and employees for provide excellent service.

After 10 years of amazing service, apparently the business has sold and the new owners are clueless (and that's being kind). This is my second trip here to get my clothes dropped off 12 days ago. Completely understaffed and overwhelmed. Lady in line behind me has the same issue. This is no longer the Westside Cleaners that had Jamie and the rest of their amazing team.
