2026-08-12 19:20:20Two ivory jackets were discolored in the dry cleaning process. They are now a grayish color dispute attempting to fix them. I know that this is not an isolated incident, first of all because it happened to two of my expensive garments, but also because there was another customer in the store at the same time as I was who said the same thing happened to her clothes. I also understand from employees that this has happened a few times.

2026-07-10 19:49:22Needless to say, I won’t be back. I asked for the manager/owner to call me or speak to me and he did not. I was given a written price on a very minor alteration (one that I could have managed myself) and when I picked it up, I was told I owed more than 5 times the original price. Someone should have called me to approve such an increase so that I could have elected to pick up the dress without any alterations. Not a good business practice.

2026-06-04 18:11:01I used this cleaners for years. I hadn't been since the new owners took over. It seems the NEW PRICES are considerably higher including the cost of alterations. It's also quite dossapointing that don't offer customers a price list with costs. I'm not sure I'll be back.
