Incorrect pricing when I went to pick up my laundry. Young girl is very nice.

Receipt said it would be done 5/16 but they where done 5/18. More timely service, or just a warning it will take longer than expected.

The one lady who works there not sure her name blonde woman. She’s very rude and disrespectful service is awful. We try not to come when she’s working. It’s been multiple times we have been there with her and it’s a very unpleasant experience. The younger woman is great service is exceptional pleasant and extremely helpful.

Owner was not kind at all. Also most of clothe came out OK but one cardigan stain didn't removed but when I scratched with my finger it came out. It was okay work, but I didn't want to go there anymore because of cashier. White older lady. She was ruling over customer and didn't even try to understand what customer Is trying to say. Her attitude should be fixed.

I was told my comforter would be ready in a week and it took 2 months before it was ready. When I came to pick it up, there was no one working the register. I waited 5 minutes then had to go find the woman who had her head in a dryer. I had to yell "Excuse me" 3-4 times before she responded to me.

Service is indifferent and abrupt. Doesn’t need to be super friendly but I would appreciate a little more helpfulness than annoyed and indifferent. Not coming back because of it.

The order was two days late, then woman told her assistant, who was pleasant, not to help me after she asked if I wanted help with the two large bags- no trolly offered, no nothing. She is extremely rude, and we will not be coming back after spending nearly $90 on laundry- two trips in a week -after floods.

The person handling the order could be a little more personable....
