FIRST LOAD #17940 UNDER WASH & BAG HAD ONE BAG DAMP AND NOT FULLY DRY. ALSO HAD ITEM NOT OURS. SECOND LOAD #18109 HAD ITEM NOT OURS. WE WERE BILLED AT WASH & FOLD RATE OF 1.89 AND NOT WASH & BAG RATE OF 1.00.

Pricing was inaccurate and never received any notification when item was ready

We got the wrong blazer.

Be consistent. Every week I find pajamas returned on hangers and sweaters folded into messy balls

Do not have a 30 day rule to give away clothing that is dry cleaned and paid for. And if you do, which you should not, notify the customer of the rule beforehand.

I like the service but I believe my notes ask for shirts to be hung? I will double check it.

Extremely expensive and the employees spy on you while you wash. The machine burned a hole i my blanket and the owner said to me "oh wow. That sucks"Really great if you want to waste money and ruin your clothes while the staff acts rude to you

The service was great, the employees were friendly and knowledgeable, and my order was done earlier than expected.

Less than a one star if possible. Casually walking outside past the business with a "free palestine" t-shirt and the man working walked outside and told me to go kill myself. Unnecessary and unjust.

They run my Visa card with out my permission now my bank charge me an overdraft fees of $46 that I have to paid out of my account When I called to explain my situation the manager handle my call with a nasty attitude then hang up on me when I went to pick my cleaner I was missing a blanket they didn’t know if the blanket was there or miss placed No Professionalism what’s so ever how can you have someone like that handle a business I don’t think I will be doing business there anymore Thank you

I have been using their laundry services for a while now and I think they are great. My laundry is returned within two days, clean and nicely folded. The people are very nice, and their work is top notch.

They pick up, wash, dry, fold, and return my laundry with great care and convenience! I love them.

I don't have ready ability to go to the laundromat so being able to have my laundry picked up professionally cleaned and folded and then delivered back to my apartment door is unbelievably useful.

I love these people!!! They are kind and courteous.They have drop off dry and fold services or pick-up services. Price is very reasonable.
