My lab coat is dirty, does not look cleaned at all. Just pressed. Unfortunately I got better cleaning at John's

At first the customer service was great. Then communication broke down. Explained some thing was included in a service and then charged me for it later. Unacceptable. Bait and switch.

I brought in two coats and a sweater. One of the coats I only brought in because it was fragrance like perfume and hairspray. I asked if that fragrance would come out during the dry clean experience and was told it would. I was texted that my items were ready one day later than promised, which was fine. When I went to pick them up the coat still had a strong perfume fragrance. Since this is why I brought it in I of course was disappointed. The person behind the counter said in an angry voice quote you don’t want to pay? Don’t pay! “. I said I’d be happy to pay for the other two items. And in truth I was just asking about the fragrance, not complaining, not asking to not pay, so her angry response was very odd to me. She again replied when I offered to pay for the other two items in an angry voice that no I could just take them just go just take them just go. This all felt very odd to me. I thought I might bring payment back for the other two items when someone else was working but since I’ve gotten home I found that two buttons from my jackets hood are missing that were there when I dropped it off. And they were securely . I would certainly have given this place a second chance on cleaning as the other two items were perfect. But given the odd behavior and angry shouting at me to just take my items, this will be my one and only trip to this business.

Not enough starch in my jeans. I asked for Heavy Starch and it seems to be Light.

Unfortunately not the quality I was looking for. It is what it is.

I dropped a shirt off and was told it would only be $4.38. It's about time prices on dry cleaning come down in Tahoe. I don't like driving to Reno w all of my dry cleaning to avoid being triple charged. Shirt looks great and was ready so fast. Love your service. I'll be back

I had a slight emergency and needed a suit jacket touched up with a few hours to spare.  Tessa and Rachel helped me out in a moments notice. This place is amazing.

Got a stain out of my fav white cotton blouse that I had tried everything on!!  Came back beautiful! Also got food stains out of the Mr's Tommy Bahama shirt!  Happy!!

I used Vaya Clean to launder an entire fleet of company uniforms; 372 pieces in total!!! The uniforms ranged from long sleeve shirts, soft shell jackets, to snow pants, snow jackets, and even puffy down jackets! They went above and beyond what many other cleaning companies can offer, and were able to repair broken zippers, tears, and spot cleaned problem areas. The uniforms came back looking like new, and every piece was in better condition than when Vaya picked them up!! I couldn't have asked for better service and look forward to doing more business with them in the near future.

Best dry cleaner ever! I had some linen shower curtains that had water stains on them for years. I didn't think anything would get the stains out but, they did and now my shower curtains look like new.

Fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly, and clean service! One of the things I love about living here in Tahoe is having the ability to support local businesses. The fact that they are environmentally friendly is an added bonus!  Love this place.

By far the best customer service I have had from any type of retail establishment!  Always on time with orders and shirts look brand new every time.

My things came back clean, but boy is it pricey!  $5 for a tie, $9.95 for a ladies tank!  They said it was a blouse.  The stains were gone from the tie, but too expensive.

Normally, as a local, I have decent service here, but not today. I arrived mid-day to find out they wouldn't dry clean my suit. I got an excuse about how their equipment was not working last week and they were still catching up on a backlog. They offered to press my items, but not clean them. No thanks. The sign on top of the building may say "One hour" cleaners, but as far as my experience today, that is clearly false advertisement. Very disappointing since I used to come here a lot.

I live down in Carson city and had to rush up the hill for a wedding midday, they had my dress and my boyfriends suit done in less than an hour! I understand that my procrastination isn't their emergency; but they made it happen for me and I am so thankful!! Karina was a sweetheart and I even got to meet the owner. Such an awesome staff.
