They win the international AWARD OF EXCELLENCE like every year!I am usually soo picky, but there is no reason to be here. They do an A-M-A-Z-I-N-G job, and the owner (Mike) is always there and soo friendly, it's like visiting a friend. Clean, precise, consistent, amicable, and everything you'd want from a good dry cleaner to put all those stereotypes from Seinfeld to bed. They even keepsaked my wedding dress, preserved in a fancy gold box--sealed but with a window so I can always cherish it without letting time take its toll.TWO THUMBS WAAAAY UP!

I will never frequent this place again. They are completely over priced

I've only recently starting owning clothes that are dry clean only, and dryel can only work so much magic. I had a pair of dry clean only pants that my dog just had to pee on in the middle of the night. I knew that dryel was not going to take care of that because half of the pants were soaked by the time I found that she had done it and of course throwing them in the dryer in the dryel bag was only going to make the smell worse and likely ruin the pants. I took them to another cleaner who flat out refused to clean them. They told me that no one else would take them either and that my dog ruined them already by peeing on them so my only option was to try washing them in cold water and hope that they wouldn't shrink. I drove down the road to Signature Cleaners and even though the owner was honest and told me he wasn't sure the smell would come out, he told me they could try dry cleaning and then if that did not work, they would try their wet cleaning process to see what would happen. I picked up my pants today and they are as good as new! No smell, no stains, and no shrinkage! I am very happy and it cost me less than $6 to clean pants that I was told were ruined by another cleaner and would have cost $90 to replace. Thank you Signature Cleaners! You certainly have my service from now on!

Dry cleaning done professionally...knowledgeable and brilliant at what they do. They have much surpassed my expectations, and I will definitely revisit them.

I had lived in Atlanta for many years and Mike was my dry cleaner. Mike and the staff at Signature Dry Cleaner always did a great job. I moved to Florida for about 7 years and upon my return I decided to use Mike and Signature again. The minute I walked through the door Mike called me by name and asked me how Florida was. That is personal service !!!! The fact he remembered me, and where I had moved to, just went to show what kind of a great businessman Mike really is. So glad to be back in the ATL. Thanks Eric

On Friday, 3/20/15, I took 4 items for cleaning. 3 heavy, thick sweaters & 1 coat. I asked before I left if the sweaters could be shaved for lint. The owner glanced at them & said yes. I knew this was an expensive service but was happy to pay the extra fee for it as they had done it once for me before & did a great job. On Saturday, 3/21/15, I picked up my items & did not unpack them until later, after they were closed. Several issues: There was a STRONG chemical smell on all four items - NOT your usual dry cleaning scent. My gray sweater had a NEW large stain at the bottom middle - lines of darker color, that were NOT there before. The sweaters did not look like they had been shaved at all, & the coat still had tons of lint & hair on it as it did when I dropped it off. On Monday, 3/23/15, I went back with the items. I pointed out the issues, & 2 young employees at the desk told me they would have the owner redo & recorded all the issues on my receipt. They were accommodating enough, though not apologetic or particularly friendly. They said it would be ready in 24 hrs & they would call me. They never called, so I waited two days before going back on Thursday, 3/26/15, when the owner, Mike, helped me. I asked for my clothes, & he seemed to realize immediately who I was. He began telling me excitedly that he could not shave the sweaters any more or he would cut them. He said, "Right now it's your problem, but if I go any further, it will be my problem." I said I understood they weren't going to look new, but that it didn't seem they had been shaved at all. I also pointed out that I had asked him at drop-off if it could be done, and he accepted them. I said the coat did not look like it had been cleaned at all. He said he cleaned it, & that I could lint roll it myself if I wanted the lint and hair removed. I asked about the stain on the gray sweater & wondered if it was chemicals or color transfer. He said, "You think it's color transfer? You think I wash black & gray & white clothes together? Do you think I don't know how to wash clothes?" in a loud, heated voice. I learned he had not re-cleaned any of my items & had no intention of it. He did not offer any resolution to any of the problems & was shockingly rude to me. I eventually asked for my clothes back because I was so alarmed, & he threw it in my backseat with no packaging at all and slammed the door to my car very hard. I paid $49.50 for these services, and I am actually WORSE off than before. My gray sweater is ruined - it was a favorite. This is a lot of money to me, and I am still beating myself up for wasting it. I will never return to this cleaner, and I strongly advise others stay away as well.

This cleaners uses too much chemicals if you work in the corporate environment for a woman. The owner seems edgy and condescending..I would not recommend using this cleaners.

Excellent service. I really like the way they put the collar protectors on my shirts.

Everything was cool, until the owner started working there. He's crabby old man that knows nothing about keeping good customers. First, he loses my clothes and tries to blame me when we counted my clothes out together.Then, he made me stand waiting on him to get off his cell phone to resolve the matter. Then he throws me out of his store. Fortunately, he didn't charge me for the clothes, not realizing that dry cleaners are a dime a dozen - a baker's dozen. What an IDIOT! His loss.

Overpriced. $74.50 for 17 t-shirts. No buttons, nothing fancy. I tried to work something out with him, had an excuse FOR EVERYTHING. I told him he doesn't deserve my business. He didn't care.

This cleaners is overpriced, they don't take care of your clothes and they have bad customer service. I brought 7 shirts there and the collar of one shirt was damaged when I picked it up. I asked for a refund but the owner made excuses, refused to refund the price of cleaning, and accused me of lying. I used Star Cleaners at East Lake (recently moved) up the street for many years without any problems.

Poor attitude!! I took a very large backdrop used in our company trade shows. We received it after cleaning in a plastic zipper bag. By the time we opened the bag at the trade show, it was full of mildew spots and 2 large stains. These were NOT there when dropped off. Upon bringing this to their attention, they took NO RESPONSIBILITY for the problem and only gave excuses. Will not return here EVER.

I ask to not use starch on my shirt. They used, now it has a permanent mark on both sides of the collard. The guy that is in charge just had excuses and excuses, even try to say that my shirt was brand new and that's why it happened when I have wore and dry clean my shirt 3 times. They will not stand behind their mistakes and won't do anything to make it right. This place is garbage same as their customer service.

Wow- so I'm still a bit thrown off by my interaction with the owner today. I saw all of the bad reviews but figured I'd give them a shot primarily because they are located somewhat close to where I live. I travel a lot with my job and wear suits. Got home late last night and am back out to IL Mon morning so needed same day - which they clearly promote with signage on the windows- and it's important to also note they have a huge sign stating everything is 20% off ( this is an everyday deal- not some special). I had about 7 suits and shirts and when I arrived this Sat morning at about 8:30am - I was told by the owner he wasn't sure they could do it in one day. Ok- so I picked out a few suits/shirts I needed just for this week. Still thinking - alright, I understand people get busy, overloaded, or overwhelmed. I come back at 4 to pick up my stuff (25 pieces) and found it was over $120. I took a look at my bill and found that they forgot to take off 20% as advertised and the owner tells me - "well - we were busy- we had to get it all done in one day" and refused to give the advertised discount. Wtf??! I was charged over $14 per suit and this guy thought it was ok. I will be contacting the better business bureau but am still majorly frustrated that this guy ripped me off and has no business sense to provide the discount he advertises in order to save a customer. If I would have known I would've gone elsewhere to save the aggravation. I should've listened to my fellow Yelpers and regret that. BUYER BEWARE- make up your own mind but I believe eventually you will pay the price and see what everyone has been talking about. I saw the signs - employees who don't smile or generally don't greet you - a reflection of the owner. What a mess - by the way... I also got charged $35 to shorten sleeves on a jacket and later found out Macy's charges $18 (provided you bought the clothing there) - so I GOT RIPPED OFF ALL AROUND!!!! There's another dry cleaners not far (Aunties??) but their quality was horrendous - had to iron shirts after I got them back. In search of a quality cleaner...

Had a shirt that was not pressed properly. It appeared as though it was pressed with while something was in the breast pocket. When I saw the poor pressing I immediately checked to see if there was any object in the pocket. Zero-none. Had over 40 pieces of laundry when I went to get shirt repressed. The owner repeatedly told me it was my fault for leaving something in the pocket. I asked if they checked before pressing. He responded not their job. He mentioned that what was in there may have melted. I asked him if that would also make it disappear. I showed him the pile of laundry I was dropping off and asked him if he really wanted to differ over a $.50 issue. He said what about next time? I assured him there would not be a next time if I received the same quaility of service. At this point he threw, yes threw my shirt at me saying he didn't need my business. I politely assured him that he did not deserve my busiess. I have never written a review so when I went to Yelp I was not surprised to see that this cleaner had one of the lowest ratings posted. Not a shock to me. My only suggestion here is proceed with caution.

I've been using this dry cleaners for 12 years. Great service. Friendly staff. I've never lost an item. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Undeniably great service - I wouldn't trust anyone else with my clothes! Any stain, alteration, etc, it's never a problem. Very knowledgeable staff.

This is hands down the best dry cleaning and alteration place I've found, not only in this area but compared to any place I've ever used in other cities and states I've lived in. Their service is outstanding, you're always greeted with a cheerful smile and you can tell they truly care about their customers. I've never had a single issue with any dry cleaning, it comes back perfect every time, even with my nicest garments. I've also been blown away by their ability to alter even the most unusual or difficult jobs perfectly with expertly quick turn around times. Not to mention the price are extremely reasonable! I would recommend Signature Dry Cleaners to anyone again and again. They are truly a joy to work with and it's refreshing to be able to rely on their efficiency, friendliness and quality work. If I could give more than five stars I would!
