Each process of their service, from calling, to pick-up to the delivery of my clean items proved to be made easy by said staff and I am extremely pleased with their service!

Wow! If someone asked me to name a company that exemplifies customer service excellence I would surely say True Dry Cleaning and Laundry. The open lines of communication, professionalism and fast turn around times are key success factors. One thing that stood out was that they offered for a tailor to mend a jacket that I sent to iron at an additional cost. I have used other laundries for years and they never offered me this service. Keep up this level of service and your company will continue to excel. I will certainly be using this laundry in the future.

Amazing! The career package is absolute value that you will find nowhere else. I left $3.00 in a blazer pocket, it was returned with a note - this honesty was much appreciated. Sunday deliveries were also a welcome surprise.

They were timely and professional also very friendly. The pick up was an awesome experience that created an excitement leading up to the drop off. The packaging as well when items was returned just won me over. great service I definitely will be using your services again.

I do not like to fold clothes. So when I saw the ad on Facebook, I decided to call and give the service a try. When I enquired, I was told that the service was for wash and fold, but they would accommodate me for folding clothes. Best decision I ever made. Excellent service at an affordable price. Got a quick reply when I msged online for more information and was able to schedule for the next day. You are also given updates via txt and email about the status of your clothes. Really great service!

I could not have asked for a better service! free pick up, free delivery, friendly people, clean folded clothes in a reusable bag. I will definitely be calling them again soon!
