2026-06-16 23:39:23Nothing went wrong in particular, it just takes you all a long time to turn garments around. I dropped it off on Friday and never received a confirmation until Monday. I’d prefer same day service or at least pick up daily rather than once or twice a week

2026-06-07 22:59:21Several of the linens were unusable. They were either too wrinkled or stained. The linens weee for a wedding. I rent them for my business and this made me look very unprofessional. There are also inconsistencies in turn around time and pricing. Not happy at all.

2026-06-06 20:23:02This dry cleaners is doubling the price on laundering and ironing shirts, and charging a dry cleaning price. When I reported this to the management, they refuse to credit back my order, which was clearly their mistake. This is not the first order that they’ve made a mistake on and we will no longer be doing business there.
