2026-09-06 15:02:21Hello. I have an issue that has been bothering me for a while. Many of my shirts come home with the collars wrinkled and the shirt with general wrinkled. I think the problem is the wire twist tie used to bind all of the hangars together at the top is being tightened too much. This is causing another press of the shirts and many times a collar is slightly turned up and ends up with a large crease that is not supposed to be there. Please take more care to hang shirts gently. My shirts are hanging from the moment I pick them up to the moment I put them on. There is no reason to have them wrinkled. Thank you. Scott Andy Long

2026-07-29 04:02:49One dress was done well. You were able to remove the stains and get it back to its original state. The second dress still has a stain. It’s right on the front, so it is noticeable. I’m frustrated that it didn’t come out.
