2026-04-22 18:17:16Underwear wasn't folded, and the liquid fabric softener and vinegar I sent was not used (bottles returned with same amount they were sent with) and my towels feel like sandpaper. Minor issues relatively, but for over twice the amount of my usual place (affected by a recent fire) I'm not impressed. Delivery and pick up was nice
