2026-06-05 21:21:36I had to call at least four times just to find out whether my clothes were ready. Every time I called, I was told that the completion date had been postponed. On my last call, I was finally informed that my clothes were ready for pickup. What disappointed me most was that I never received any apology for the delay, nor was I proactively informed about the status of my order. I expected better communication and customer service throughout this process.

2026-06-05 06:15:00Way more expensive than I ever would’ve expected. My husband and I have been here several times, but apparently always under his phone number and when I was told that it would’ve been free steaming if I was a regular customer that just irritated me even more. We will find other places to go from here on out.
