Extreme delays & mix up of clothes.

Overall a wonderful experience. I was searching for a same day laundry service with pick-drop if possible i. Sushant Lok area. I'd tried a few by going in person the previous day but most were 2-3 days and/or too expensive to consider meaningful. I messaged My Drycleaners via their listing, got a response within 15min, and the person arranged pick and drop, and the delivery guy came at almost the exact time stated. Clothes came back in a good carry bag, and the rates were really economical. Strongly recommend them!

Very poor services. Extremely rude behaviour. Firstly they misplaced my clothes and after keep on requesting for a month, he agreed to compensate for my misplaced clothes. Next day he transferred me an amount less than what he had agreed upon. When I went back to take my remaining money, he is like I won't give you remaining amount. Do whatever you can do. His language was too bad. He won't take responsibility of your clothes.
