2026-04-10 08:04:16When I went to collect both shoes, the undersoles of both shoes weren’t washed so I had to leave them and fetch them the next day. When I went back to collect them, one of the shoes was still dirty underneath, and the lady cleaned them while I waited.

2026-04-04 18:11:49Laces were still dirty and still had stains on boots. Football boots were not cleaned properly and seemed like they just put it in the wash. Suede sneakers were not rebucked properly and both shoes came out different colours. Really expensive and not worth it for the price.Wanted to ask them to clean it again but didn’t wanna deal with the company at all after as the service was so poor.

2026-03-14 12:02:08Worst service EVER! @Waterfall Corner store. I sent in a pair of suede sneakers and they done nothing to impress with their 'premium' service that I paid for. Soles were untouched - still dirty! Suede was barely cleaned. NEVER AGAIN.
