Not worth the price I had to ask them to clean they were telling the sneakers were too dirty that it’s as clean as I expected

Good morning. This is my first unhappy experience with your company. When I handed my son’s running takkies in last week, I mentioned to the attendant at the counter that they were smelling rather bad and that they needed a lot of TLC. I got a message to pick them up on Saturday. However, I couldn’t go in on Saturday so went in yesterday. When I got to the counter, I could see that there was a problem. One of the guys in the shop came to explain to me that the shoes were still wet and that I was meant to come in yesterday to pick them up. That part, I didn’t understand. He said that they had developed yellow spots and that they had rewashed them and they weren’t dry. I said that I had to take them yesterday because my son was going back to high school today and was travelling. He told me to dry them in a cool spot and not in the sun. When I took them home, I smelt them and they have still got a smell and I am not happy with the job done. I will be taking the shoes back in today to be redone. Ordered a wash and restore but shoes cane back dirty

Hi Sneaker Shack. The Waterfall team damaged my OFF White sneakers and didn’t even provide me with any solution. I’m extremely disappointed, as I’ve always washed my sneakers there. This is extremely upsetting

I dont think anything was done to my shoes, They were supposed to be stretched but were basically the same when I picked them up

My shoes were not clean at all, I was given a complimentary wash for next time when I bring a pair of shoes but I was not happy at all with the wash I wanted my money back to be honest and unfortunately I needed the sneakers for an event so I couldn’t just leave them there again. The reason I was given was that the material of the sneakers traps dirt but I had left the same sneakers before and they were clean first time so I don’t know what happened this time around.

I wasn’t happy with my suede gucci sneakers i could still see the dirt on the sole the guy had to wipe. And hand them over without saying anything. It was my first time but the service wasn’t pleasant.
