Received an email and sms that my shoes were ready for collection and was then blamed by the staff for only coming the day after the email as to why they were missing, only to find them there unwashed. The listed 48 hour wait time is also wrong as the staff told me only one person currently does the shoe washing, so it currently takes a week to get your shoes back. The cleaning quality is good but not worth a week wait and poor service.

2024-06-30 00:00:00Very dissapointed after a positve first experience. I took 2 pairs of sneakers to be cleaned and was really impressed. This time around I took them a pair of 'vellies' on the day they weren't sure if they would be able to do it, but will let me know. Today 12 days later, without a phone call, I was told the shoes were cleaned. It is really difficult to believe and even more difficult to pay R180 for shoes that i'm not even sure it was touched at all! Maybe the Sneaker Shack should stick to sneakers.
