2026-08-06 10:01:21Hi, the sneakers were no better off afterwards. I ended up just putting a stain remover and washing them in my washing machine to brighten them.

2026-07-04 10:35:28White and beige nubuck/suede sneakers were not properly cleaned. Shop attendant agreed and offered me a free wash. I hope to take him up on the offer on my return.

2026-06-23 09:00:10Left 3 pairs of shoes for cleaning. 1 pair wasn’t ready at the correct time and there was no communication until I went to the shop to collect, had to come back the next day for that one pair. Another pair was ruined as they used bleach to clean it because the shoes were brown suede and upon collection, the front was white. The third pair had the wrong laces put on them. Overall terrible service and customer service, there is no number listed even to get in contact with the branch - the main WhatsApp line takes forever to respond and additionally cannot even connect you to the individual store so what’s the point of it? Would never recommend this place to anyone, would actually recommend that no one uses them.
