The Sneaker Shack Rosebank

I asked for my sneakers to be re glued and touched up. It wasn’t reglued and the paint work on the sneaker was just really sloppy.

Shocking service,took my beige and light grey new balances to get washed.when I went to collect them today the beige had turned yellow and the light grey turned black.i brought it up with the staff and she called the lady that washed them,she showed me a before picture which shows the beige and light grey ,the staff was trying to convince me that it was yellow already.its blatantly obvious the colour.i even zoomed into the light grey on her phone to show her.then 3 staff members started shouting amongst each other probably realizing that the stuffed up.i just took the shoes and left.will never use you guys again and there goes R2500 down the drain Shocking and highly pissed off.

Quite an expensive service for not brilliant outputs. After spending 410 Rand on two pairs of trainers, was also then asked to pay an additional 5 Rand for a bag. Its the principle, and I did not like this

On entering the establishment the vibe awesome, was greeted with a smile, 1 lady recognised me instantly I immediately felt a home, music was soft and pleasant, untill I inspected my sneakers the one pair was still wet inside and the cleaning of the same pair was un acceptable still had streaks of dirt. I than brought it to the attention of the ladies assisting me and they immediately started conversing in their own language, I than told them that they should liaise in a language that everyone understood. I left as a unhappy 1st time client. I would like a refund on the one pair if possible. I thank you have a blessed evening. Hope to hear from you soon

I handed in shoes for the R290 option, and I had to send the shoes back. There were stains on the fabric, and the bottom of the shoes had not been cleaned. After sending them back, I’ve been told that they have been cleaned, and yet they are in the same state. How disappointing.
