2025-03-05 18:54:52Your assurance that my shoes could be satisfactorily repaired was not kept. I paid R150, the cost of the repair, when I left the shoes with you. When I went to collect my supposedly repaired shoes the patch you put on was coming off. Very poor response from a staff member as I was told to buy glue from Checkers and repair the shoe myself! I left my shoes with you for another week as again I was assured they would be repaired. To my dismay, nothing had been done. Due to the poor service, I requested a refund. I was told I will be refunded tomorrow. I wait, with anticipation, to see if this takes place. I will never use your shop again.
