2026-10-10 11:21:22Disappointing service, will actually never use TSS again. Arrived to collect, shoes were not clean and I had to request further cleaning.There was some scrambling around to clean my shoes, then a suggestion I returned the next day to collect. I went back the next day, shoes were still not cleaned well. I had to request a second time. It was ridiculous that I had to request what the service was meant to provide in the first place!

2026-10-02 09:09:40I was really not impress with the outcome of the sneakers we handed in. they are sued adidas campers and when i have received it back the sued was hard and flat, not treated correct. the sole was was not properly cleaned and felt that they really did not put effort in to clean it properly
