2026-03-10 14:27:08I'm so disappointed. Brought in a new cap with a scuff mark on the side. Cap got returned crinkled, and still with the mark on it. A once smooth cap, is now totally crinkled and unbearable. Still with the mark I brought it in for.

2026-02-04 12:59:39I guess I shouldn’t be shocked but I am that every time I visit your branches, which is once a year as I live in Europe, the service only gets worse. I’m very sure this is not how Lolo would like his company to be viewed - I would suggest some additional training on customer service.
