2026-04-16 11:51:06The clean itself was good, as always. The lady who works at the counter however, is rude and snaps gum loudly rather than listens - poor experience at drop off and collection. I'll avoid the Bryanston branch just to avoid her attitude going forward.

2026-03-31 15:14:37My shoes were not cleaned properly. After advising I was not happy with the service, I was told that I needed to do additional services for a proper clean to have been done. Very disappointing service for a first time customer.
