Initially, I had arrived to do my laundry, however, I had met Jamie one of the employees for the first time. Her professional attitude and spirit grabbed hold of me. Jamie recommended doing the service and I would be pleasantly surprised. The service was outstanding. I will most definitely be sharing with family and friends -.)

This laundromat consistently has broken washers and dryers.  When I moved to the area it was the only Laundromat we could use but I've been forced to find somewhere else. The prices are too high for clothes that ultimately do not get clean.

The laundry room itself is ok. The attendant in a Sunday morning is very unfriendly and unhelpful. Because I put a lot of weight on service I gave  it a poor rating.

I've been going to this Laundromat for several years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The place is always clean and neat and the employees are very helpful and friendly. It is warm in the winter and air-conditioned in the summer. The stores in the area are so close I can go to Stop and Shop or K-mart while I am waiting or just grab a book and chill out. Can't get much better than that!

It was fine folks. Its a laundromat for crying out loud. Yes, the floors look worn. Yes some machines had out of order signs. But all in all, I had a reasonable experience. The young lady running the place was as pleasant to customers as they were to her.

I have been going here most of the time to drop off dress shirts for dry cleaning because the extended hours they operate make it easier to pick up my shirts at the end of a long work day.  My principal frustration has been that the owner and manager there have been unable (for two years) to train their staff to properly work the register so that the tickets generated reflect a customer's request that shirts cleaned do not include starch.Today's stop should concern every customer concerned about their health.  I hesitated to enter because a friend of the clerk was in front of the counter eating and talking to her without a mask.  He saw my uneasiness and temporarily stepped outside.  I then had to ask the clerk to pick her mask up off of her chin to cover her mouth before she waited on me.I can deal with the customer service issue that the clerk (again and again) does not know how to properly operate the register to generate the proper ticket.I can not tolerate an environment that puts my health and the health of other customers at risk and therefore, when I pick up my shirts next week, it will be my last stop at The Laundry Room.

The laundry attendants and some of the customers do not wear masks even though the sign on the door says masks are required.  Last night was my third and last time using their services because of this.  FYI, no masks were worn during the other 2 visits.

Employee had no mask the entire time I was in the business.  No mask enforcement of customs either. Less than 50% of customers were using mask properly if at all.  This business has become less and less compliant with standard COVID-19 protection of its customers. Use of a laundry room is a necessity, the blatant disregard for the safety of the customers that depend on this business for clean clothes is disturbing.

I HIGHLY recommend this laundromat for all your laundry needs. Jessica is very helpful and answers all my questions I had about the facility and their wash & fold services( which is exceptional btw). I have been coming here for a few months now and I'm always greeted with friendly and excellent customer service. I will continue to come here for years to come. Nothing like a clean, fresh laundromat who knows how to treat their customers right!! 10 STARS all the way. Keep up the Great work, guys!! :)

Best place around! Thanks to Jessica and Stacy for their wonderful services. I'm able to drop off my clothes and come back to my clothes washed and folded to my liking. With my busy schedule, this is such a convenient service for me. Thanks Laundry Room for your service.

I don't go to laundromats that often maybe once a month and I tried one before I went to this one and I found  this one to be very clean and the people working there are very helpful and one day I left something in the machine by mistake call them up they took it out dried it for me and I went and picked it up so I want to give a special thanks to her

Fast service and the employee Simone was amazing and super sweet!

They ruined my burberry shirt and kept on passing the blame between the dry cleaner they use and them. End of story, lost 150$ burberry shirt and made fun of by the Owner. I highly DO NOT recommend to use this place!! Don't make my same mistake.
