I only gave it two stars because of the quarter machine that could entertain you while you're washing your clothes if you were able to wash your clothes after 9:30 the hour say on the internet that they're open from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. but every time I go in at a little after 9:00 or close to 9:30 all the machines are down or shut off and they're so sorry but we can't wash anymore what the hell if you close at 9:00 close at 9:00 not say 11:00 and close down 2 hours before time machines were a while for them to... Start up I mean wow I thought in 2024 we could start up and stop machine at the drop of a hat obviously not if you close at 9:00 p.m.

I will definitely recommend to my traveling workers.

Exactly why would you have it posted at 11:00 p.m. you closing and people get here at 10:00 p.m. and you guys got the doors locked and all the women in there standing around like house maids clueless I'm definitely not coming back here spending any money North Carolina can do better

Used the wash dry and fold service. 10/10

I was displaced by Hurricane Helena and all of my clothes got soaked when my place flooded. So I needed to do a lot of laundry in a city that I don't live in and thankfully I found this one. The attendants working today were super kind and helpful. They looked at how much laundry I had and showed me the machines that would be the most efficient to get them all clean and save me some money. The facility is super easy to find, has plenty of parking (including handicap and wheel chair access ramps inside). It is also well kept and clean inside and out. All of the machines appeared to be in good working order and my clothes were restored to their former wonderful smell and stain free state! It has lots of TV's and places to sit while you're waiting, including a play area with toys for the kids. And if you're super busy that day for a couple extra dollars they will watch your clothes and then move them into a dryer for you so that they are ready for you when you get back!

I go here on a bi-weekly basis early ever Saturday or Sunday morning. When it first opens at 7 AM. Place is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. It gets packed by noon. So if you go get there early. They have pick up and delivery and drop off wash and fold service available.

I understand closing a couple minute early, but saying you close at 11, and turning a customer around at 10:10 just to dry some clothes is insane. Claimed they had to mop the floors… MOP WHEN YOUR CLOSED OR CHANGE THE TIME. I will not be back for that reason alone.
