2026-07-05 16:56:54I’m very disappointed! Out of the 30 items I sent, 2 came back in an unacceptable state, completely creased, as you can see in the attached photos. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve noticed this kind of problem. I would also like to stress an important point: when I give you trousers on a trouser hanger, I expect to get them back on the same type of hanger. Instead, they came back folded in half on a regular hanger, which forces me to iron them again. The whole point of using your service is precisely to save me this work. I therefore ask that you respect the hangers I provide and return my items with the standard of finish I expect from a professional ironing service. If these problems happen again, I will be forced to look for another provider.
