The Clothes Line

Nice facility, but I'm not impressed with the cleaning capability of the washers. The high efficiency machines seem bran new yet they dont use enough water to actually saturate the clothes and thus they do not get clean. Even with underpacking the front loading washer some of my items remanded folded after the entire cycle completed. & the staff were super defensive saying i over packed the machine when I asked to rewash them...they only re-started one washer when i had paid for a total of $8 for 2 separate washers. The lady was so rude i packed my wet clothes and dried them elsewhere. **UPDATE: after drying my cloths i have noticed the ones i rewashed before leaving are STILL dirty after 2 washes (the second time being half the load size) I will attach photos of the make-up drip on my shirt which should have washed out easliy.

I would like to express my gratitude for Teresa and her manager at the laundry facility. During my recent visit, I discovered that all of my clothes, including my scrubs, were missing. As a nurse in this area, I understand the importance of having proper attire for patient care, and the loss of my scrubs was particularly concerning, given their expense and necessity for my work. I contacted Teresa early in the morning to report the situation. She responded immediately, calling me back within two minutes to provide a detailed account of what she observed on the security footage. Additionally, she promptly informed her manager, who took swift action to prepare the footage for the police. Remarkably, all of this was accomplished within an hour. While occasional incidents like this may occur in public laundry facilities, it is reassuring to know that Teresa and her team are dedicated to utilizing their resources effectively to address such concerns. Thank you for your exceptional service.

Better than one of the other three in the area that I have been to always a machine available open till 11:00 p.m. I know they have a laundry service there during the day prices aren't too bad and they have the big washers and the big dryers they also have coin machines that actually work and laundry soap and dryer sheets for sale

I really like washing my clothes at this laundromat but I will have to say that it is extremely hot in here today because the air conditioner is not working well enough. Someone needs to look at it to see what needs to be done to fix it or to service it correctly. Thanks.

Very clean, workers are very friendly

Washarama is hands down the best laundromat I've ever been to! They have recently installed brand new Speed Queen washers and dryers in various sizes AND all of their machines are compatible with the Speed Queen mobile app which allows you to pay and monitor the time remaining on your load all from the mobile app! No more quarters and no more making trips to the machine to see how much time is left! Every time I have visited the entire facility is spotless, well-maintained and even smells great which really makes the experience that much more enjoyable. I love this place so much that I drive from Rogers to Fayetteville once or twice a week just to do my laundry here. It's worth the trip for the cleanliness, convenience, and peace of mind knowing my clothes are being laundered in top-notch machines. Really awesome place!

Good laundromat, quarter operated, good machines, and there is an attendant during the day before 5 pm. There are thrift shops nearby to spend time while waiting for the wash and dry. I think it is the first Friday of the month there is a major laundry event with a crowd of organizers that can take up most of the laundromat so you might want to work around the time of the event.

Five stars all the way as far as I'm concerned. Called them in the morning and was told to bring my stuff in and it would be done in a matter of hours. Promise kept. Great wash and fold service they even hung up all my t-shirts on hangers. Thanx Johanna!

Very clean and well kept!

I just wanted to thank you for your stellar business practices! I went to Washarama and picked up my item. The place was immaculate (as is Sit & Spin) and your employee was very friendly and took care of the issue (an item that didn’t vend at Sit & Spin) quickly and efficiently!! THANK YOU!!!
