2025-03-15 19:53:47Stains were not treated on white t-shirts clothes were not folded properly and folded poorly. I was not happy with the last time. Since the two regular ladies left quality has gone down hill.

2014-08-26 00:00:00I came across the review recently posted and wanted to chime in as my experience was completely different. I have visited this laundromat on a few occasions and can honestly say that my experience was really good. Castle B. is right, there is a new family running the place and they have been nothing but genuine and friendly. I can't speak to how the place looked before but I found the place clean and the machines worked great. As a matter of fact, I know they recently put in new machines and I absolutely love the speed of the new dryers. Nothing beats getting your laundry done quickly.Guess each to their own but would suggest that folks visit themselves and be the judge.

2014-09-15 00:00:00Extremely clean and well managed facility Rob and his staff are friendly and helpful. While I was there several people sought out Rob to tell him how much they liked the place and were glad to see the new ownership. The equipment seems brand new and there are plenty of baskets and folding areas. The flatscreen television is a nice touch as well. I'll definitely be back when my dryer breaks down again! :-)

2014-09-24 00:00:00I was recently visiting the Port Credit area from my home in Connecticut and had to do some laundry. What a pleasant surprise it was to get my laundry done at this local coin laundry. It was very clean and offered green, all natural cleaning products for me to purchase to do my laundry. The staff were very friendly which created an atmosphere much different that I was expecting. This experience totally changed my views on the coin laundry business. The place is under new management and they show that they care about the business and the customers which is very refreshing to see. I will come back if I am in West Toronto area and need to do laundry again.

2015-07-20 00:00:00Fabulous! Robert, Darlene and Liz go out of their way to deliver top notch service. They make my life so much easier. My clothes are always clean, fresh, folded beautifully. I couldn't ask for more.

2015-07-21 00:00:00I moved to Port Credit from Montreal and needed to find a laundry solution. I found Suds and they are stellar. This place is clean, bright, and well equipped. On advice of owner Robert, I took advantage of their laundry drop-off service, and it has been exceptional. My laundry that was guaranteed in 48 hours was ready that same day... folded and sorted. The staff is helpful and friendly, and there is a genuine feeling of appreciation for your business. Weird to say about a laundromat, but I can testify that despite having machines in my apartment building, I would rather take advantage of Suds. They're just that awesome.

2016-01-08 00:00:00I used to go here years back when it was owned by an older couple. Miserable people, never took their eyes off of you, got mad if kids made noise, filthy washrooms, and worst of all - bugs. The day I saw a cockroach freely walking around and an employee just shake her head at it was my last visit. Fast forward to the present - this place is spotless (lysol wipes, tissue, and paper towel at every counter) and the owner goes above and beyond to meet customer needs. They chose an organization (monthly I believe) and donate proceeds from certain machines to the organization. One time it was my childrens school. The staff are incredibly friendly. I never write reviews but felt the need to go out of my way for this one. Amazing place to go since new ownership and we just signed up for laundry service due to the customer service.

2016-04-05 00:00:00Since returning to Port Credit I tried several local laundries but none except Suds were as clean, including the washroom facilities, cost efficient, with a staff and management that are friendly and helpful as Suds. Suds has a wash and fold, dry cleaning service, and a bonus, a seamstress that patches and mends, but also can and will design from scratch. Comfortable area to read or converse and a flat screen television. a safe and friendly environment. JJL

2016-12-07 00:00:00As a busy mom of three busy kids I have used Suds on numerous occasions and have been nothing but extremely happy with the service from Rob and his team at Suds. I can't say enough about the professional manner in which the clothes are picked up, washed, folded and returned to my home. It is great value and a huge time saver - flat rate for as much as I can get in the huge bag that Suds provides plus home pickup and drop off! You really couldn't ask for better service and a better helping hand for a busy mom. Great for every day pile ups of laundry, kids' sports laundry and cottage/camp laundry. Will continue to use the service and wouldn't hesitate recommending to family and friends. Have also purchased gift certificates in the past for the Suds service to give as gifts!

2014-08-17 00:00:00I used to come here when an older gentleman owned this place, he kept it clean and machines were well maintained. Went recently and a new family was running the place. Everything was so dirty and machines not working. I nearly threw up when I saw the bucket of Black water that the son used to mop the floor (that's right he didn't change it either before or after! Never going back, I value my health and want clean clothes.

2016-01-09 00:00:00Suds is a fantastic place to do laundry. I live only a short walk away and my building has a full laundry room with multiple machines - yet, I still take my laundry to Suds. The staff are all very friendly and attentive and the place is pristine. The plethora of machines, in various sizes, can accommodate sheets, towels , clothing, duvet covers etc. There is also a change machine inside. It's cozy, with comfortable leather seating for while you wait. Prices are reasonable ($3.50-$8 for a washer). Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays are "half - price dryer" days (25 cents per 10 mins) and the dryers are huge! They have a laundry service as well where you can drop it off and pick it up later - I have never used this service so I can't comment on it specifically. I would absolutely recommend Suds to anyone in Port Credit.

2017-08-13 00:00:00Due to an issue with both my washer and dryer at home, my family quickly decided that we needed to find a laundromat in Port Credit. Faced with a few different options, we settled on Suds - and I'm glad we did. I've walked by this place so many times that I almost forgot it existed. Going inside, you're greeted with a massive number of options. The front desk allows you to buy per-load detergent or softener, including a couple of variants like Oxi-Clean (obligatory shout-out to my boy Billy Mays). There are approximately 25 dryers and 20 washers, with the latter costing anywhere from $3.50 - $8 (for large loads like comforters and bedding). There's a "valet" service where you can pay about $20 to have one of the employees handle your laundry on-site, with a note put on some washers for customers to pick up their stuff. We found the process to be straightforward and easy. There's a change machine on-site that dispenses coins for $5, 10 or 20 bills. Despite the note on the machine, it doesn't dispense tokens. The dryers are relatively cheap, and it pays (literally) to go during some weeknights, as it's half-price per 10 minutes of drying time. The place was a hive of activity on the Sunday I went, with most being older residents - the exception being the temptress employee who looked way too young and walked around doing laundry in a halter top and low-cut shorts while stealing glances. Your charms don't fool me. If I have a criticism of this place, it's the parking out back. While there is parking, it's not immediately noticeable from the street, and we had a car who parked in a tight spot beside our vehicle when there was a whole row of empty spots on the other side (albeit marked with "Reserved" signs. That said, there's a lot to love. One 30-minute wash cycle is good enough for most loads, and 30 minutes of dryer time is adequate. The site is easy to access (it even has wheelchair-accessibility), and everyone is generally friendly. Suds is well worth visiting in a pinch, and I can see why it's been a mainstay of the Port Credit community for so long. Recommended.

2020-07-12 00:00:00Really rude staff. I was missing expensive items from my wash and fold and they were extremely unhelpful. I recommend using another laundromat.

2021-03-29 00:00:00I call this team my Marriage Savers! The wash and fold here is amazing. Like most households, every so often we fall behind in getting our chores done. This team has always been amazing whether they pick up and drop off at the house or if we drop off.
