2024-03-06 00:00:00I gave them 9 sweaters for dry cleaning. They all shrunk and now can only fit a 10 years old kid. I lost $1000 + the price of the dry clean. I am especially disappointed because I love their laundromat service so I thought they would do a good job with dry cleaning. I was wrong!
