2018-05-24 00:00:00This dry cleaners has been quite exceptional in their customer service. I would definitely recommend this place to several of my friends and also some strange that may occasionally asked me "where I should go and dry clean my clothes."

2019-05-06 00:00:00I took my "Sunday Best" jacket for cleaning to look my best on Easter morning 2 weeks before the holiday. The Saturday before Easter, I picked up the Jacket (along with several other shirts and slacks) and placed the jacket in the closet (still in the plastic protective wrap). Upon retrieving the jacket Easter morning, one of the front large buttons (double breasted suit jacket) was broken half way off, and thus making the jacket non-wearable, major disappointment. The following Monday, I took the jacket back and showed the damage to the staff behind the counter. I was treated as if I cause the damage. One male employee finally stated, "Not to worry, you will not be charged for the repair or re-cleaning." I thought to myself, why would any business make their customers pay for damages the business causes? Furthermore, I asked why (since the broken button was on the front of the jacket and quite obvious) the damage was allowed out the door the first time, or better yet, fixed by the employee before I picked up the jacket. The response from the staff, "It happens all the time, we will get it fixed, no problem." (Yah, it was a big problem!). The following weekend I picked up the jacket, with no apologies from the staff, no apologies for the inconveniences of the situation, and definitely no incentives to keep using Stabrite. Therefore, I ask you why should someone risk another situation like this again with this company?

2019-07-20 00:00:00Got my coveralls patched up and cleaned. Must say tho the cleaning I felt If I could do the same if I did it my self. Not sure why.

2019-09-18 00:00:00They ruined a pair of pants brought in to shorten the length, asked if he would replace the pants and he said to get the F out of his store. He was a very scary man, I'd advise people to steer clear of this place. Read similar reviews afterwards, and heard of this type of behavior coming from the owner when telling a friend about my experience.
