I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication. Our washer and dryer at home were installed incorrectly and wouldn’t be fixed for a few days. We decided to use Splash, their pickup and delivery laundry service. It was picked up yesterday, October 13th around 11am, after being weighed and processed I then received 3 different totals.. the final total received was then charged. That was around 6pm last night. My delivery was scheduled for today, Monday, Oct 14th between 10-11am. Multiple texts and their online order status stated it would be delivered then. This morning we check and there’s no laundry dropped off, no update either. We call and email, and receive nothing. We check their google hours and social media and nothing indicating them being closed for thanksgiving. We then drive to the location and find out they are closed. I was never notified of this, that my delivery would not be completed on the date that had been scheduled and confirmed. Now we can’t expect to hear back from them until Tuesday at 10am.. my partners work clothes are there, meaning he now can’t go into work. This is absurd, I would’ve understood had I been notified of them being closed for thanksgiving, I would have excluded some items that were needed more urgently. But to have my scheduled delivery confirmed, and my card charged and a message indicating it would be delivered, only to find out they’re closed, is ridiculous. Unfortunately even once they reopened and delivered my items they have not emailed me back acknowledging my concerns.

I walked in, it is a nice on the inside but there are only 2 tables to fold laundry as well as only 2 laundry carts. It's very tiny. You cannot use coins or dollar bills here, they have a machine where you load money onto a card. Loading 1 quarter at a time per dryer is annoying. There should be an option to load more than one quarter at a time. 6x load of laundry is $9.00 they claim it costs this amount at other laundry mats. No it doesn't. I have been to 3 other laundry mats in the area. It is not more than 7.25 for a 6 load washing machine. Prices are high here. Even the 5 load dryers are .25 for 3 minutes. You have better luck going to the laundry mat on Sanford and Main as the attendant there won't follow you around the whole time.

This Laundromat is beautiful! It's cashless, which is great because it's always a hassle trying to find enough change to do more than one load, and there is an attendant on site who showed me how to load up my card. He also helped me pick the correct machine, which ended up saving me money in the end. It's so CLEAN, there is nothing worse than folding your laundry on a questionably clean table. Finally, there is a bathroom, coffee and wifi, which made sticking around for the cycle to finish comfortable.

“This place is excellent. I went in to do my laundry and was greeted by an attendant who walked me through the laundry card system for the first time. She was helpful and professional. The machines are all brand new. The laundromat itself is spotless. They have a TV for viewing. Finally we have a laundromat in Central Hamilton that is clean and safe. Not to mention, I was able to take care of some shopping I had to do at the Dollarama across the street while my laundry was in the machines. I didn’t worry about leaving my laundry alone as the attendant was happy to watch it for me.”

Splash looks more like a cafe then a laundromat. I found it a very enjoyable experience doing my laundry here. I had a coffee and got some work done while my laundry washed. The staff is helpful and the store is as clean as I have ver seen a laundromat, including the bathroom. The machines are priced about the same as the other attended laundromats I have been in. They have brand new machines that range all the way from 2 loaders to 6 loaders. Best part ... no more coins !!!!!

Splash is wonderful, comfy and a great place to do laundry and get some work done! I never carry cash on me so having a laundry card system is absolutely perfect. It's so warm, friendly and the first laundromat that hasn't taken a pep talk to make me comfortable to walk into!

Splash Laundry is super!

This place was amazing they cleaned over 11 bags of clothes and it was so affordable I didnt even feel bad for not doing it myself. The only thing that would of make it the best ever is when they finished cleaning the clothes and put them in bags for me to take home I wish the clothes were organized but hand towels was in with sweatpants besides that this place is amazing and affordable and if you love coffee you can sit and have a coffee or espresso and relax while watching tv waiting for your laundry to be done. Fantastic experience I will be back time and time again

Too expensive! 2.00 a lb for laundry other laundry mats do it for 1.00 a lb. I can't imagine taking 60 lbs of laundry in and paying 120.00. I heard they lowered some of the prices. I suppose that's good. Also they seemed to have had some of the reviews removed which is funny.

Really clean, spacious and absolutely friendly staff. Easy load cards and washers are big and work well. Dryers are awesome and take no time at all to dry. Easy automatic doors when entering. Not to mention books to read and a TV with a table and stools. Best in the city!

Worst place ever...my rating is -10...I put my laundry in washer...came home to do cleaning...it's a 2 minute walk...upon my return my laundry was taken out of. Machine and put in buggy...who gives him the right to touch my stuff??? He told me this lady needed the machine... Well one machine was out of order and lots of smaller ones available...I was maybe 5 minutes late after drying my cloths and went home I got thinking how dirty was his hands or what else did he do to my laundry...so I took it to family cleaners to redo it all over...after all said and done got home to fold and sort my laundry my signed ticact Jersey by Danny Mac was missing...I called police and will be calling ministry and city about this...who gives him the right to handle my laundry...it's personal stuff...just stay away

Clean and well maintained

Very clean and friendly, I love this place.

Small, high prices with inconvenient carding system of an additional cost for the card itself! Staff on hand that literally wants to handle your items for you! Clean, free WiFi and coffee that of course is not self serve! Very tiny! I mean if your claustrophobic, do not even attempt this! Overbearing staff in a small space with very little folding area! Seeings they appeared to want to do my laundry for me, I inquired about cost of wash and fold services. I hope you get a special sprinkle of magic in your laundry on pick up with the cost being double every other laundry mat around! $2 a lb! WOW!!!! Most unsatisfying was the discomfort of the attendant and his inappropriate desire to assist when not required. Know exactly how much to spend... because the card gets loaded and I do not believe you can get the money back off the card! Whereas with most other facilties that use cash systems, you only spend what you need and you don't need to save another card in your wallet! Here your guessing cost and reloading cards and dryers every 15mins.
