SpinCycle Wash N' Dry

I came at 9 pm, with only one load of laundry. I could have gotten it done before closing time. But instead of listening to me, or letting me discuss this they kicked me out. Incredibly rude. They close at 11, not 9.

I walked in as a return customer to get quarters so I could use them there the next day, I came in before closing time. The doors were open. When I walked in they said "we are closed" I responded in saying that I just needed quarters so I could come back the next day. They refused! I have been a customer here, I left telling them I would never return. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. This is not the first time they have been really rude to me!!!

I recently came here to wash one of my washable rugs in a larger machine. You do have to buy a card that cost a $1 and the rest of the amount is added to the card. You can add in increments of $5. They have different sizes of washers. I paid $4 for a wash in a medium machine and $1 to dry for 30 min. I did have to dry twice on delicate because my rug didn’t dry within 30 min. They don’t have a tone of outlets around but there were some in the chairs in the middle.

This is a great high end laundromat with efficient washer's and dryer's, and such a professional and nice laundromat attendant.my experience, absolutely superb.

Washer came up with a drain error. The employee blamed me for the washer not draining. I was told i need to fix it. I DONT WORK THERE. clothes and bed sheets ruined.

I absolutely love this place for drop off service. The price is decent. I can drop it off run my errands. Pick it up the next day. Everything is folded nicely. Everything smells clean. The staff is really nice. Shout out to Nick who always greets me by name Thank you to the team there for all their hard work!! Cause of your hard work, I get to take care of other things that I need to take care of.
