The facility was very clean and bright. It was great to have a table to work at while waiting. The staff was welcoming and polite. I will absolutely go back.

I love coming here it's such a clean place. I've been to another laundromat and it was the right culture for me . The attendance people here at the spin cycle are the most friendly people I've ever met. The spin cycle has the best atmosphere I've ever dealt with in my life. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to go to a great place to do your laundry. Thank you for your great service. Best in the valley!!

Amazing company. Cannot recommend more highly. They turned my 15 loads of laundry around the same dat and had it beautifully packaged and folded.

I live in Lowell and only come here to do my laundry, sometimes in store I wash my self but when I’m on the go I just drop it off and the girls wash and fold my clothes so beautifully even the underwear I don’t know how they do it but let me tell you it’s the best. The staff are so nice and they keep everything clean they text you when your order is done so you have no worries 10000xs recommend!!!

My whirlpool front loader washer broke down after 5 years and I needed to wash my towels for my family so I decided to go to patriot laundry since they have wash and dry fold AND they are close by my house.  I went at 5:30pm on a Friday today!! When I got there I was first told NO "I could NOT WASH OR DRY" since they stop the washers and dryers at 6:00pm I begged the lady that my washer broke down and I needed to wash, she then said "fine you can only wash but NOT DRY the clothes" I said fine and thank you Then I find the machine so expensive $5.25 per machine I  needed 2 I wanted to use the larger machine heavy duty I was told again I could not!  Where my kids and I were sitting was directly on the large glass window which the sun shines like a mirror and I pulled down the shade down to be more comfortable and I was told by the lady/attendant on duty "you know I wish you would have left the blind/shade alone because now I will have to place it back up"I really didn't see the big deal but we are the customer and I didn't feel like they wanted my business.I don't think I will return, also YES I looked around the shop and see if there were any signs that "READ-the times for the use of machines"   NO SIGNS WERE FOUND!!!!!

Saturday, April 2, 2016 I started to run the errands, you know, food shopping, laundry, getting the mail ect.  On a wet snowy/rainy day but it had to be done.  I thought to shorten this trip I would try a laundry service where you can drop off items and they would clean them and you can go pick them up later all done.  I've used another service in the past with great success but today I wanted to try out the one that was closer to me and see if there is a difference.  So I dropped in to see what Patriot Laundry out on Rout 110 headed towards Haverhill was all about, after all they just got new machines in.Boy was there a difference.  I walked in with two bags of sheets, blankets, pillow cases, comforters and a few towels.  The woman behind the counter was on the phone who did smile as pleasantries were exchanged but that ended quickly.  She asked:  "How many blankets did I have?"  Which I found as an odd question, as the place I usually go to I throw them on the scale and we are all set.  Not sure if I grabbed two or three I started to pull everything out.  I divided it up between comforters and blankets vs. sheets and towels, not sure if a sheet would fall in a blanket pile or other pile.  I got everything out when she explained that they would charge $30 per comforter??  I'm not buying new comforters I only want these cleaned.  $60?  That's outrageous.  And you couldn't have told me this before I had pulled everything out?  I walked out stuff in hand.  Consequently, between the attitude of the woman behind the desk and the price I'll never go back and I can never recommend them to anyone.  On the contrary...  If you are reading this, I have a much better spot for you to go that isn't too far away and the service is much more friendly and the prices can't be beat, plus they are open early and stay late.  Search for my next review and find a better offer.

This laundromat has really improved since the new owners took over.They replaced most of the old washers & dryers & really fixed up the place. And they are not afraid to use the air conditioner in the summer, unlike the previous owner. The staff are very friendly & will help you in any way they can.. I recommend you give this place a try.

On vacation and needed to wash our cloths due to broken washer. Found Spin Cycle on google map and decided to stop by. Easy to find and plenty of parking spot. Clean facility and lady that greeted us was very nice. She showed us the washers and provided some basic instructions. Something I never seen before, but didn't use the service is you can pay by the pound to have her wash, dry, and fold your cloths. Very convenient for those on the go.Washer machines are between 5.75 to 3 dollar. They also have free wifi. I would come here again.

Great staff, clean and bright with newer machines. Their price is in line with other Laundromats. Wash dry and folding Service was super fast and had these great handles making it easy to carry my laundry to the car!

The absolute friendliest attendants (and owner, Kenneth) I ever dealt with. This chain has locations in Wakefield, Lowell, Haverhill and Methuen, and they're being renovated by September. I plan to spread the word and continue to give them my much deserved business!!

I've had a really great experience with Spin Cycle. My job is sometimes a little insane so I needed a place with a wash/dry/fold service. The people who work here are really responsive, and I've always been happy with the results of the wash. Highly recommend them.

Clean facility. Friendly, courteous staff.  New upgrades. Fast service! My go to laundromat. Convenient, and affordable.

There are places closer but they use the card. I am very happy that they don't have it here. The laundromat looks great and the people that work there are friendly. I've also been using the flok app which is a plus. I am able to save a little money.

I think the place is very messy. One  empties the trash. Trash on the Floor. I guess you need to go there, on an Saturday afternoon, or Sunday , afternoon. I go there, alot. But, it getting scary, with the mess on the floor.

The most unprofessional, rude, arrogant staff I've ever came in contact w/at a wash & fold.  I'll never give them another dime of my money.
