2026-07-13 20:34:03I came back the 2nd day as I was impressed with Spin clean on my 1st day. This time it was upside down compared to the first day just because Ms Anna, old lady whose shift was from 2pm to 9pm on Monday of 07/13/2026, her attitude was stinky and the worst ever and chasing me out of the building when I needed someone to wash and fold my clothes at Spin and clean. If someone can reach out to me I definitely explain more than what I wrote, as I think it would help to understand and improve customer service. Thanks.

2026-04-15 11:37:23The bag was packet too heavy. I had never picked up my cloths and they were not in any order. The lady needs to be trained how to fold the customer's cloths. I didn't have time after returning home from my uncle's homegoing service. Now, I have to re-fold all my cloths. How can you make it better, by refunding my money. I couldn't believe it!! All my years of utilizing your service, everyone knew how to fold and package the customer's clothes
