So Fresh and So Clean Laundry

This is the 3rd time I have brought my towel laundry to So Fresh & have been so satisfied and happy with the the experience. Great job on my towels. I brought them in, and done in a few hours! Thank you for a great job! I do not comment on social media, Google, or Face Book, since I do not prefer my name revealed on any such media.

Why did price increase $15.00? Clothing & all other items were fine but the $15.00 was a bit off-putting.

The past couple times I’ve done laundry, I feel like I’m paying an extreme amount for something I’m not receiving back. The girl is so sweet and was able to fit me in on Friday. Great at getting my laundry done in like 2,3 hours. But not the recent time I had it done; the time before. My entire bedset(including comforter worth $115 in total) was ruined by something pink. I didn’t have anything pink inside my clothing so I know it wasn’t something I had. And I still had to pay $75. I do tip very well, but I felt like she wasn’t even going to tell me it. I noticed it and brought it up. that’s something I would expect she would have told me either by phone prior to me coming or when I got there. So I paid around $75 for my entire bed spread to be ruined. I have not bought a replacement yet so I can bring it in and show it to the owner. Also my white shorts were almost ruined by something greasy. My best friend fixed it so no harm there. But I have been paying a lot of money for my stuff to be ruined. The other issue is, I pay extra for same day AND for the smell of fresh laundry. I say “use the best” and not one article of clothing smells like fresh laundry. It smells kinda like stale water. And I know I was upcharged for my mat taking longer to dry. But it feels like I’m being bait and switched. I’ve been using you guys since January I think. Off and on because I travel for work. But my laundry used to be incredibly fresh and no issues ever before I left for work in Feb and I got back in May. And I truly believe I’ve been bleeding money with you guys. i hate to be this person, but honestly I should have refused to pay the last 2 times. I’ve spent a lot more recently as well. So compensation would be amazing. I can bring the blanket and pillow cases in, I can bring in the clothing that’s still folded and you will see what I mean. $75 to pay for my stuff to be ruined and not even smell good is not ok:
