I brought a tunic top in to have the sleeves shortened at what used to be the Hurly Ridge store. When I went to pick up they had closed. I contacted the main store and they said they would look for it. I must have called at least 10 times before they admitted that they lost it. They told me to fill out a form and show a receipt for the item and I would be reimbursed. I bought the item online and was able to show the order as a receipt and filled out the for and mailed it to them. The cost was $41.00 and they never reimbursed me. I have copies of the forms and receipts I sent them but do not have the energy to keep hounding them. It is too bad that I will not be able to use them again and I certainly do not recommend a place that does not stand by their word and treats their customers so poorly.

I am so grateful for Scanlon’s Cleaners. I have MS, so things like laundry are very hard for me. Their wash and fold service is a life saver. I also had my UGGs cleaned after my dog peed on them. They made them look so new, I didn’t think they were mine! The manager is so friendly and helpful. I honestly don’t know what I would do without this place. I feel like I’m in an episode of Cheers when I walk in, since they greet me by name.

Scanlon’s is the absolute best! Their pickup and delivery service is incredibly convenient, and their wash and fold service is very reasonably priced (and the folding was top-notch!). Their service is always prompt and efficient. I also just had them dry clean a suit for me and it looks absolutely flawless! Anytime I’ve called the gentleman I speak with is extremely friendly and so helpful. I recently moved and they even sent me a courtesy text confirming where I would like them to leave my item as it’s a little less private than my previous location which I was extremely appreciative of! 10/10 could not speak more highly of them!!!

I have been a customer at the Red Hook store for six years. Most recently mens shirts are returned poorly finished. The collars are simply wrinkled, and of course there are missing buttons. Times are hard for businesses and customers I am hard pressed to give you my money for this poor quality of work.

I appreciate your service and the quality of your work reminds me of the service that the family business offered when my husband was alive. I am glad I found you. The only thing--I'm sorry that you do not put cleaned comforters in storage bags rather than on a hanger. If I had known, I would have had you keep the bag it was in when picked up by Todd for you to use on its return.

Good location but they lack in customer service. Yesterday before heading out to a wedding I pull out a white dress shirt that just came back from the cleaners. I notice that their was a small stain on the right side of the collar. So much for wearing that to the wedding. On another occasion I have dropped off dress shirts that I have bought in Express. One of the shirts ended up being lost. Things happen items get lost but to return a dress shirt to a customer stained that should be unacceptable. I did not notice anything wrong during the pick up because I had a bunch of other things that I was also picking up. Your quality control needs to be improved. You won't be seeing me returning there. I will take my business somewhere else.
