Needed to get duvet cleaned as own washing machine not big enough. All cleaning done on site which is reassuring. Very well organized and professional service. The staff are honest and very helpful. Will definitely be using again.

My quilt did not look any cleaner, and it was damp when I when I got it home. I've had to hang it over my bannister to dry it out

Very sad to find that they are using plastic packaging for cleaned duvet returns. I have always gone well out of my way to use them because in the past packaging was fabric. Guess I will have to look for a new dry cleaner.....

I have been using ridgewood dry cleaners for 6 months now. The staff are professional and courteous. Nothing is to much trouble and service is second to none. They always let me drop of and pick up my clothes before the shop opens. Keep up the excellent service. Would totally recommend.

Dress not cleaned husband's leather jacket put in for a repair and they lie about having it then tell is Tony remember it well wont recommend them to anyone else again £300 jacket lost due to there in competence
