They are amazing! Quick turnaround and very well priced. I had wash and fold. Other places had 24 hour turnaround and they had it ready in 6 hours. Cheerful service!

They lost an item of mine and refused to even check if they have it. I was never notified about change in ownership either, so there was no way to know that they had thrown out my expensive jacket. When I asked them about this they were dismissive and unhelpful. They also overcharge for their services. Avoid this place at all costs.

I would highly recommend Chelsea Green Valet. They were absolutely brilliant and very professional. They went above and beyond to get my laundry washed and dried in time for me to catch a flight. Thank you for being amazing.

They come when they feel like it, they bring back the clothes when they feel like it so not point agreeing on which day. They also lost a valuable collar bone which was a present and they didn't care once pointed out. Also if you ask for alterations, they send someone who doesn't know how to do it even through it was agreed on the phone but they still want to take the job away to make sure they get the booking money. They used to be really good but everything has gone downhill recently and every time I have booked I need to chase them, call them for something which makes the service not worth the headache at all. They do have good things, their cleaning is good and has remained good but it's not worth the number of minutes you have to be on whatsapp or phone with them.

I sent some laundry via the pick—up and drop off service. I noticed the bag returned to me was lighter, but didn’t think anything of it at the time. A day later I contacted them to let them know a number of items were missing. Two days later I chased and finally on the third day I got a response saying they do not believe I sent them the items in question (it was bath sheets / bath towel / bath mat - hard to miss!). I’m now out over £70 and have lost items worth more than that. The service I have received has been non responsive and I’m being accused of lying. Not happy - would not recommend for laundry. They clearly do not take an inventory of items or take any care to confirm what is returned is what was dropped off.
