Rapido Wash #1

There is a stain in my jeans and it was not there before.

I got someone else clothes and some of mine were missing.

Clothes were inside out had bleach stains on a shirt and clothes were folded very wrinkled will not use y’all again this was our first and last time using your service

The laundry basket itself weighs a bit so it would be nice if you could deduct how much ever a laundry basket weighs from the weight of the clothes. Like take off 1-2 lbs automatically. Also, some of my pants for work were folded but not properly so there’s an extra crease I’ll have to iron out. They hung 1 set of pants but I wish they would have done that with the others. I would also recommend putting all of the pricing information on the website about pick up and delivery and how it all works.

It's been a lot of money there will no longer be spending any money there or at any of your locations and you can think the Hispanic lady with the glasses

Sarah and Raquel are so Friendly and professional at what they do you can tell they love their job All of the workers that work there are nice and helpful.

Did not receive all of my laundry supplies back Dates of return service was too long staff was not very friendly

Was trying a bunch of different washaterias and found no other place as clean and and nice of employees as Rapido Wash Dennis is one of my favorite employees now was vary nice gave me all the information I needed to know and was most helpful to get my clothes washed and dryer correctly Thank you Rapido Wash!!!

Wonderful, friendly & helpful staff especially Tony & Racquel! Machines are in excellent working order and the place itself is always clean, quiet and secure. I saw all the excellent reviews online and decided to try this place out. Absolutely loved it, well worth my time. Its clean and has great machines. The staff there does a wonderful job of maintaining the place and making sure the customers have everything they need.I was a bit confused with the system they have set up but there was two gentlemen there named Joseph and Dennis who were very helpful!! I will definitely be making this my regular spot for laundry and I think Rapido Wash is in great hands with the staff there.

Rapido Wash is the reason I stress less!! Reason 1: My laundry was serviced quick, folded perfectly and handled with care (much appreciated!!!!)2: I now can use my washer and dryer to rage and smash up after a crazy day and 3: Given plenty of options and packes to choose from in accordance with my schedule. Great communication and clarity on the process and now where I go from here out.The laundry task is a thing of the past!!!
