Card machine not working. Asked for cash. Gave cash. Did not have change.

Please get a card payment option. Incredibly inconvenient to find the exact change amount. The number of repeat customers might not be as high as it could be due to this.

Looked ironed but smelled dirty. Plus card machine has been down for over 2 months!? Will never be back without a doubt

When I came to pick up my clothes, the credit card payment system was not working. I didn’t have any cash on me, so the employee kindly allowed me to take my pressed clothes anyway and trusted that’d I’d come back to pay later. However, when I did exactly that, I come to find that your credit card payment system was still not working. When I came back a third time to just pay in cash, your location didn’t have the correct change to pay exactly what I was owed back (I tried using a $20 to pay a $14.68 bill but the employee didn’t have any coins, so I chose to just take a $5 bill and not hassle coming back a fourth time). This was over a 1.5 - 2 week period. I understand that technology malfunctions at inconvenient times. In the future, I hope that this location either 1) has the credit card system fixed in a more timely manner or 2) ensure that you have ample change, knowing that all your customers will be paying in cash. Thank you.

Pants are pressed wrong. Has taken 2 weeks to get them. Sent back twice.

I guess I have a dirty neck. Every shirt I wear always ends up with a ring around the collar. I've taken my shirts elsewhere and have had to accept that the stains don't come out. Pressed For Success is always diligent about making sure neck and collar stains come out. I have never gotten a shirt back with any rings. Also, I've take numerous suits in for adjustments. Most recently, I took in a botched "made to measure" jacket and they were able to redo the sleeves without affecting the functional buttonholes. Anyone with a similar suit knows how difficult of a stitch that can be. I highly recommend these friendly folks for both dry cleaning and alterations. Most of my stuff is back within 2 to 3 business days. Very reliable.

Dishonest individual that made a simple jacket dry cleaning an exhausting headache. In summary, I took my jacket in (Tuesday) and he assured me it would be ready the next day (Wednesday), and that he would call me once it was ready. In reality, it was ready the next week. Lie #1: I called him repeatedly (including multiple times the next day on Wednesday) and he confirmed it was not yet ready. I also left several voicemails to no avail. When I called *the next week* he said the jacket had been ready for a while, but that I never called back. When I confirmed my call log (photo attached) proved otherwise and that I left multiple voicemails he said his voicemail doesn't work anymore. Lie #2: He said the jacket was taking longer than expected "because of the patches". When I reminded him it was a brand new jacket and a simple cleaning he said I told him my first name was my last name and that as a result he had me confused with someone else. (I'm fairly certain I know the difference between my first and last name). I found it exhausting that his first instinct was repeatedly lying and shifting blame to me, rather than taking responsibility or simply being honest about the delay. Had he simply been honest about the delay I would've certainly been understanding.

Passing through Atlanta in the middle of a 14 day trip our group needed to get laundry done quickly and not at hotel prices. I came across PFS by chance, luckily they were open early and they immediately agreed and to be done by next morning. I called my 3 colleagues and they brought their stuff too. Despite the “next morning” commitment it was all done that afternoon. They even stayed open a bit later for all of us 4 to make it to store to get it. This is “seldom seen” work ethic and customer service. A good price too. Highly recommended - Well done!

To get a quality service and reasonable pricing it in these days is kinda hard but these guys been amazing with it. I had my suit pressed and dry cleaned in short notice and they provided it on right time. Staffs were professional and helpful.
