Prompt, clean, organized, polite! I have been using the pick up and delivery service for over a year and Port City Laundry has improved our lives! This service has enabled my elderly mother to keep her independence. Frank is very considerate and we have the feeling that he cares about his customers. I highly recommend using their pick up and delivery service.

Great service, great cleaning of laundry, and even when delivered items are sorted by category. Use them a greatly amount of time they are that good!

When our washer machine broke, I searched a few laundry places and was very disappointed.  Until I found Port City Laundry.  The place was very clean and organized.  There were many different size washers ( newer models) to suit every need.  The woman who worked there was very sweet and helpful.  It's also nice that there are a few stores in the same plaza to go while you wait :)I finished 4 huge washes in about n hour.DiannaMa

Great place to get laundry done. Fast, clean, and just a really nice atmosphere. When the washers decided to stop working in the building where I live, its nice to know there is somewhere close by that I can go and get EVERYTHING done. The two women that run this place are amazing. Very sociable, and helpful to all. Thanks for everything.

This is a wonderful laundromat, very clean and very friendly! Taking advantage of the fall "2 comforters for the price of 1" offer, I took two comforters to Port City Laundry to be cleaned today. One of the comforters was covered with some sort of greasy stains that I had been unable to remove myself. I pointed the stains out to the owner when I dropped them off this morning, and asked her to see if she could give them some special treatment. Just picked them up now and there is absolutely NO trace of any grease on the stained comforter. She would not accept extra payment for the extra work. "That's part of the job."What a treat to find such friendliness and competence!

Very nice laundry mat! Prices may be a little more but definitely worth it! The staff is extremely friendly. And they are honest people, I know someone who forgot $50 in their pants and they gave it back without hesitation ( he didn't know it was in there, he never would of missed it) plus... MY NEPHEW IS GOING TO BE ON THEIR CHRISTMAS CARD. How kind is that?!

Frank and his crew do a great job my laundry is picked up on Monday am and brought back on Thursday was folded and in front of my door. If I could give more stars I would.  Thanks Keep up the good work   Steve

Life changing service! I have been utilizing the home pick up & drop off laundry service for just under a year, and have also utilized the drop off in store laundry service. As a busy Mom working full time, I cannot express the relief that this service has given us. Our laundry is washed, dried, folded/hung, and delivered smelling wonderful straight to our door. I have never had a single issue. This service is so affordable and convenient, it is truly wonderful!!

I had initially dropped off and picked up my laundry. Again a quick two day turn around. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The price for the laundry service is more than reasonable. I highly recommend Port City Laundry.
