Phoenix Cleaners

Apparently, I only Yelp to review dry cleaners. As opposed to the awful cleaners I used to deal with living in NY, Phoenix is pretty much awesome in every way. After only a few visits, the girls at the counter already knew me by name (and they're polite enough to call me Mr...). The clothing is always done next day and I assume it is at least hand-finished because I've had no issues with pressed-in wrinkles. I'm pretty sure it's all done on site too. My only complaint is that they are closed on weekends and by 6pm everyday. It can be tough to get out of work and make it in time (but I will say that they always stick around right until 6 - never leave early).

Seems kind of weird to review a dry cleaner but I always check Yelp when I'm looking for one so I guess it makes sense... I've only been here once so far but it's my new go-to! Super quick (I think I dropped stuff off around lunch, and it was done by 4), did a nice job, very friendly, and affordable (I'm bad at exact comparisons of dry cleaning prices, but it was $40 for like 6 items, which I thought was great). And it's super close to my house, which helps. Parking is weird (or absent?) but I just parked on the street in front of the store where it said no parking, because the service is so good you're only inside for like 30 seconds anyway.

There are several reasons To why I endorse this place. The major ones being: 1. Same day dry cleaning if you call ahead. I had an emergency where I needed my suit dry cleaned the day before a wedding. Brought it in at noon and got it back in 4 hours! 2. The staff is excellent! They're always very warm, and they remember you. 3. Convenience. They are great about calling you to remind you that your clothes are ready if you're doing a same day. All around the best dry cleaning spot in Tulsa!

I'm new to the area and found this place on yelp with great reviews. I thought they did a good job and prices were comparable to other cities I've lived in (probably a bit higher than others in town). I wouldn't say that the people there were overly friendly or welcoming to me, however I saw them be that way to one of the other customers so it happens. Its hard to describe, but for me, I got one of those vibes where you are expected to be amazingly appreciative that they would clean your clothes rather than them expressing appreciation to you for your business? To be fair, l'll give them another chance in case they were just having some "off" days and update this review.

The people here are so friendly, and they got awful stains out of my favorite cashmere sweater. Very happy with their service!

Best dry cleaners in Tulsa!. They are quick, friendly and great care of customer satisfaction.

I have used several other cleaners, and bar none this is the best! After complaining about my other cleaner to a friend she referred me to this smaller family ran business that was on my way to work. I have used them for basic dry cleaning as well as my wife's higher end clothing. My shirts come out clean every time and my wife is also very pleased with the pressing. I like the friendly atmosphere and the owner is up front to talk to. Definitely not going back to the chains I have been going to!

I've used multiple cleaners in the past and have had multiple issues. Since I have been using Phoenix Cleaner's I no longer have any issues. The staff are super nice and professional. They are also a one stop for alterations, which is so convenient.

These folks rock, plain & simple. We brought in two loads of clothes to have washed & folded. We got there around 12:30pm and even though they were swamped they happily obliged to have them ready by that afternoon (we picked them up st 4:30). Very friendly and our clothes were well laundered and nicely folded!

I called and asked if they did alterations, to which they responded "yes." When I got there, they told me all they could do was hem my pants. Nor did they have a seamstress on site. Not exactly what I would call alterations.

Had some alternations done here and they did a great job. Took the time to help and get them right. They send them out to get done but I mostly had it done here because it was close by.

Todd and Allison make you feel like an old friend - when you walk in everyone knows your name. That's a big deal, because I'm an identical twin and they can still tell us apart! Their rates, speed, and convenience have convinced me to give up my iron and have Phoenix take care of all of our presses goods. The Phoenix cleaners is a tulsa institution that has stood the test of time and for good reason!

Hands down the best dry cleaners in town. Not only do they provide excellent service and take extreme care of your clothing, they are just great people. A true, local, family owned business. Todd, Allison and everyone else that works there are friendly and go out of their way to get to know each and everyone of their customers. Such a refreshing thing to see and experience especially considering that customer service seems to constantly be getting worse and worse everywhere you turn. They are the BEST!!!!

In Tulsa visiting grandchildren. Grandson got chocolate on cushion of couch in rental property two days before we left. Todd at Phoenix cleaners was amazing. Professional. Friendly. Courteous. And, sympathetic! Called at 6:00 am. Todd said to bring cushion in, which I did. He asked if I could wait, which I did. Fifteen minutes later cushion was clean. When I asked how much I owed, Todd said, "No charge." I was flabbergasted. Highly recommend!

We have had clothes hemmed and pressed at Phoenix Cleaners for over ten years. Besides being friendly, they turn stuff around so quickly. If I'm in a pinch, I can count on them to have my clothes ready. We are so lucky to have them in the neighborhood.They truly are that mom and pop shop we want to continue to support for their old fashion professionalism and service. Thank you.
