2026-09-23 16:42:15I took in 5 suites and shorts. These were classic dress suites. I never thought to have to check them as you typically do a great job. I needed the suites for out of town work. The first morning on travel I see that the pants have had the creases pressed out of them and they were pressed flat. They looked horrible. There must have been a discussion abut this with your folks as the pants were tagged for “no crease” and that was crossed out and written in “yes”. However, no creases and the pants looked terrible. These are dress slacks that already had creases pressed into them. I don’t understand how this happened at a place like yours. You cleaned my suites before and they came out great. This left me scrambling my first day out of town as I had to try and correct the mistake. I spent well over $100 on this cleaning. How will you make this right?
