The dress was cut way too short. I had requested for it to be 13 inches from the middle of the dress , but it was cut to 9.5 inches. Very upset with this, as I had to be pulling my skirt down the whole time at dinner last night. It was so bad I had to end up wearing my jacket the whole night.
